The 2018 football schedule was released Thursday and the Buffs will renew an old rivalry in the second week with a trip to Lincoln to take on Nebraska. Hear from athletic director Rick George about the series. The men’s basketball team gets the Paradise Jam underway and will play three games in three days. Hear from Tad Boyle. The soccer team is in the second round of the NCAA Tournament tonight at North Carolina. Hear from coach Danny Sanchez. The volleyball team hosts Arizona tonight and ASU Saturday in the second to last regular season weekend. The cross country teams wrap up their seasons at the NCAA Championships Saturday morning.

The men’s basketball team improved to 2-0 on the young season with a decisive win over regional rival Denver at the Events Center. Hear from coach Tad Boyle. The women’s basketball team has its home opener tonight at the Events Center. The soccer team will play at North Carolina in the second round of the NCAA Tournament Friday. The volleyball team plays the Arizona schools at home this weekend.

The second game of the regular season happens tonight at the Events Center when Denver comes to town with some familiar faces on their staff. Head coach Rodney Billups has former CU head coach Ricardo Patton on his staff for the Pios. Hear from coach Tad Boyle about the prospects of freshman PG McKinley Wright. The football team is on a bye week, but today the kick of the final regular season game against Utah was announced and will kickoff at 8 pm on FS1. Both cross country teams head to NCAA Championships this weekend in Kentucky. The women’s basketball team has its home opener tomorrow. The volleyball team hosts the Arizona schools this weekend and the soccer team continues its postseason in the second round of the NCAA Tournament at North Carolina Friday.

The soccer team survived and advanced on Sunday, topping rival Denver 2-1 after trailing 1-0 at the half in the first round of the NCAA Tournament Sunday at Prentup Field. The Buffs will next face No. 2 North Carolina Friday in Chapel Hill. Hear from coach Danny Sanchez. The Tar Heel State is where the women’s basketball team fell to UNC today in overtime. The men’s cross country team earned an at-large bid to the 2017 Cross Country NCAA Championships. The women received an automatic bid after winning Regionals.

Basketball is upon us to open a busy weekend for the Buffs. Hear from Tad Boyle about tonight’s season opener (6 pm, Events Center). The women open the season at 5 p.m. at Samford. Football faces USC for Senior Day on Saturday at Folsom Field. Coach Mike MacIntyre talks about his seniors and Phillip Lindsay, who will all run behind Ralphie for the final time. The Buffs are 5-5 and need one more win to become bowl eligible for the first time in back-to-back years in over a decade. On Sunday, the soccer teams opens postseason play by hosting Denver at Prentup Field in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. Hear from coach Danny Sanchez. The volleyball team has been on a hot streak and continue that this weekend playing the LA schools. The cross country team will get one step closer to the NCAA Championships with Regionals this weekend.

Preparation continues for the football team, which plays host to No. 15 USC on Saturday and the final home game for 21 seniors. Hear from Jonathan Huckins and Afolabi Laguda. Jalen Thompkins from women’s soccer earned Pac-12 Goalkeeper of the Week for the third straight week, the first Buff to accomplish that threepeat. The soccer team will host Denver Sunday at noon in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. Four more Buffs received Pac-12 honors Tuesday, as well. The basketball teams have season openers this week. The men’s team has eight newcomers ready to hit the floor for the first time Friday against UNC at 6 p.m. The women’s team opens at Samford on Friday and follow that up at North Carolina on Sunday.

Let’s Dance! The women’s soccer team will do just that, being selected to the NCAA Tournament for the fourth time in the past five seasons. Hear from Jalen Thompkins as the Buffs prep for Denver in the first round on Sunday at Noon at Prentup Field. The football team returned to practice to prep for USC on Saturday. Hear from Phillip Lindsay and coach Mike MacIntyre. The volleyball team entered the rankings on Monday and Brynna Delizio was named Pac-12 Freshman of the Week for the fourth time this season. The Buffs head to LA to take on USC and UCLA this week.
