    Will's brother, Lieutenant George Ruby of the Los Angeles Police Department Homicide Division, is very stressed. He's the chairman of the LAPD's annual fundraiser for underprivileged youth. The event, a costume ball with a star-studded guest list, has to be a success for the Commissioner. The last thing George needs is a murder in the middle of the event, but he gets one - and the victim is the Commissioner's wife. Why? Who? How? Will and Frankie jump in to assist, but the answers are more complicated than George can imagine.
