It's time to Enter the Octagon with season 11! This season, each of the guys brings 2 season themes and all 8 movies will battle it out to be the theme of season 12! The theme this episode is Budget Boogaloo and the film is Maniac (also called Sex Maniac) from 1934!

Don Maxwell is an ex-vaudeville ham, wanted by police, who has now found himself as the unlikely assistant to Dr. Meirschultz, a mad scientist in the business of reanimating corpses. Maxwell's gift of impersonation gets him and Meirschultz past the guards and into a morgue where they use a special serum to revive the corpse of a pretty young woman. But that's nothing. Dr. Meirschultz has a heart beating in a jar of solution and is eager to put it into a corpse that really needs it.

Meirschultz gives his assistant a gun and advises him to commit suicide, so that he can put the heart in him, but Maxwell shoots and kills the scientist instead and hides the body. Maxwell dons eyeglasses and a fake beard to become h

is onetime benefactor. The trouble is, he impersonates the mad doctor too well and goes crazy himself.

Mo, Joel, and Josh give their honest thoughts on the first episode from Dark Side Of The Ring. We share our reaction and thoughts of newly revealed information involving the Chris Benoit tragedy.  We shift gears from this and talk about WWE's new deal with FITE and what it could mean for the future of WWE PPVs, as well as talk about a very weird go home week for WWE, and how COVID has impacted pro wrestling.

A new album is out from Sweden based retro rockers Lucifer, and husband and wife team as well as band mates Johanna Sadonis and Nicke Andersson are here to fill you in on Lucifer III.

Johanna is an exceptional vocalist who has song for The Oath and Cryogenic. She brings a deep vocal range and memorable lyrics to the band's sound,

Nicke is also a singer, as well as a drummer and guitarist. His work can be found in the groups The Hellacopters, The Solution and Death Breath. He contributes the musical template for Lucifer's songs.

There is a bunch of great talk on this podcast, chief among them being the challenge that comes out of the show Nicke Andersson has for Johanna Sadonis. You see, he's going to create the most bizarre, messed up music possible, because she says she can put lyrics to anything. We wait anxiously to see who the winner of this challenge will be.

Some of the other show topics include the media and fan's continuing understanding of the band's unique sound. A few of WTM host Mo's favorite songs are also discussed. And there's some talk of the band's live performance pre-ritual as well what you can expect if you get to see them in concert. Plus, we get and interesting update on the mood in Sweden during the Coronavirus update. And a lesson on how a band needs a DIY attitude,

There's a whole bunch to sink your teeth into with Lucifer on this 30 minute interview, so check it out.

In the late 60's and early 70's Blood, Sweat & Tears was a dominant force on the musical charts. With lead singer David Clayton-Thomas at the helm they scored a series of monster hits like "You've Made Me So Very Happy", "And When I Die", "Hi-De-Ho" and "Spinning Wheel". These songs have become radio staples, and cemented the band's legacy for all time.

David Clayton-Thomas has also been a prolific solo artist. In recent years he has produced the albums "Combo" in 2015, "Canadiana" in 2016, and "Mobius" in 2018. Now, for 2020 he has produced one of the most politically charged albums in years with "Say Something".

David stops by the show and chats with us on several of the songs and topics of "Say Something". From the controversy of Facebook banning his song "Never Again" due to it's message asking for stronger gun legislation in the United States, to his personal message in "The System" about how youth offenders never have an opportunity regain a place in society after arrest, his passion is palatable.

There's plenty of story behind each of these songs, like his very direct "King Midas" or "The Circus", and his longing for a return to civility in "Dear Mr. Obama". Getting the scoop on all these songs from David Clayton-Thomas is great. He is an extremely well informed and intelligent man who is using his platform to help the world. So check out the episode, it's saying something for sure.
