    With culture being very important to success of the business ,how does one get a good read of the culture using the circumplex from the get go and learn the organisation as part of the on boarding. What questions are the right ones to ask? Without taking to long in this stage?
    The main goal in the first 90 days is the get some early wins and momentum that points to the mission and significance of what we are doing.
