Episode 45: Five Reasons Why You're Feeling Overwhelmed & How to Overcome Them with Sabrina Greer

Sabrina is the founder and CEO of YGTMama. She is a mom of three boys, host of You've Got This, Mama the Podcast, a 5x bestselling author and a Clarity Coach. She has helped hundreds of struggling womxn, rediscover their identity and purpose outside of motherhood.

In this episode, Sabrina shares with us five strategies to overcome the feeling of overwhelm: 1. Multitasking - As entrepreneurs, we wear a million hats so the way to combat this is to do one thing at a time before bouncing to the next. Always give your 100%, one task at a time. 2. Lack of time management - Use time-blocking: intentionally plan out your task so you don't fall into a rabbit-hole of distractions and achieve every task efficiently. 3. Isolation - Ask for help and support where you need it, don't take on a lot of additional weight as much as you can. 4. Scarcity - Living in the space of scarcity is believing that you lack certain resources - time, money, energy. Instead, become more mindful of how you use these limited resources. 5. Comparison - This is the main thief of your energy, stay in your own lane and don't compare other people's best, filtered moments to your real ones.

Episode 44: Overcome Limiting Beliefs by Reconnecting with your True Self with Ichko Batmunkh

Ichko Batmunkh is the founder of Batmunhk Coaching that specializes in soul healing. She is also a IPEC Certified Professional Coach & Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner.

Ichko helps women reconnect with their true selves and create the best relationship with themselves FIRST, so that they can accomplish their goals and dreams.

In this episode, Ichko shares with us four key takeaways about overcoming victim mentality and self-sabotage:

    1. Find the roots - Realize that limiting beliefs are mostly stories your mind made up for you to protect you from things outside your comfort zone.

    2. Forgive yourself - Recognize who you truly are and accept the "limiting" factors your mind made you believe. Are they real limits or is it you judging yourself too harshly?

    3. Rewrite your narrative - Whatever it is that's holding you back, find another perspective and let it inspire you (i.e. someone else in the same situation who found success).

    4. Take action - Envision your higher self and take small steps everyday that attracts you towards your greatest potentials.

    5. Be grateful - Most importantly, the most simple and impactful habit you can do for yourself is appreciate the little things you have daily.
