As an entrepreneur, there's probably nothing scarier than the B-word (Burnout).
So in this solo episode, Supriya shares with you 7 takeaways about making yourself a priority:
1. Start with a morning routine - Drink enough water to replenish 6-8 hours of sleep, spend time with nature, or try meditation. Whatever it is, try to do something that will improve your mood for the day.
2. Choose who you spend your time with - Be around people who are happy, positive, and inspiring. Lessen your time with negative people to limit their impact on your energy.
3. Take weekly timeouts - Whether going to a coffee date or dance class, give yourself a time away from all your worldly responsibilities.
4. Celebrate small wins - It's easy to get caught up in the big picture but always remember that all the simple tasks you've accomplished, little by little, have gotten you here today.
5. Eat right - Everything depends with a good diet, eating too much sugar and unhealthy food can keep you feeling groggy.
6. Limit your time with your phone - Be mindful of your time on social media and checking emails. It piles up.
7. End your day with gratefulness - Spending a few minutes to write down or identify the positive happenings in your day will improve your night a thousand times.
