Now I am not talking about kindness, the gift of an action or energy that someone requires or desires…. I am talking about niceness, the contraction of being that never makes you lighter.

Being a nice person requires a whole lot of judgment, and I am curious to explore with you what is available beyond that. What if you didn't have to give yourself up to create a kinder world?

When there is no pian, nothing wrong and you aren’t even hungry…. are you ever just present with it? Do you notice the whispers?

I get we are all busy and the squeaky wheel gets the grease, but what if being present with your body, even just for a few minutes, could contribute more that you ever imagined?

Receiving was always a challenge for me.

So when I first heard about receiving your body, I was like “what??”

It didn’t register, honestly, I wasn’t even sure what that meant. I had learned to receive with my body. Receive the sun on my face, the delicious food I was eating but I the being receiving my body? That was new territory.

Receiving the GIFT of my body was even more foreign.

So here I am years later talking with the amazing Sylvia Puentes on my podcast and she brings up this very thing! What if we truly could receive the gift our bodies are?

And what if choosing that would create more in your life than you ever imagined possible?!

As we get closer to the magical time of Halloween, All Saints Day,

All Hollows Eve and other celebrations such as these, I find my curiosity flowing into the mysterious world of ghosts, spirits and entities.
