  • Guy Ferdman: Alignment is the New Happiness PART 2
Today’s guest is Guy Ferdman. This was one of the most fascinating interviews I’ve done to date, and literally felt high as if I was in an altered state when we had this conversation.
Guy has a unique ability to merge ancient wisdom with modern practicality against the backdrop of everyday life. He is the host of the Acclaimed Mindset Podcast and co-founder of Satori Prime, an Educational community-based organization specializing in mindfulness, personal development, and spiritual inquiry. Guy has helped thousands of entrepreneurs in over 23 countries launch their businesses online. A marketing genius, the essence of his work has always been to coach people to profound breakthroughs at lightning speed.
In this episode, we talk about how to become aware of your emotions and the sensations in your body so these emotions don’t negatively affect your body, and you can stay grounded and healthy amidst life's twists and turns. Guy shares how to stay connected to our primal roots that keep us healthy while still striving in our modern, tech- oriented world. We explore altered states of consciousness (with and without psychedelics and plant medicine) and a lot of other topics that in my opinion, are way ahead of their time. I had a blast talking with Guy and was so blown away with what he shared that I decided to split this interview into 2 episodes. Here is part 1, and without further ado, here is the episode.

  • Josh Church: Embracing Pain for Growth
Today’s guest is Joshua Dean Church. Josh is a Certified success coach, TEDx speaker, and director of Operations at Shit You Don’t Learn in College. Josh has trekked mountains in negative temperatures in Iceland while in just boardshorts and shoes, using the power of breath to maintain his body temperature. He has summited Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa, completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training, done over half a million in sales over the phone and is about to complete his first ironman triathlon, all at the age of 25. Josh is a good friend and someone who inspires me to play a bigger game. The thing I find most fascinating about Josh is how he constantly pushes his limits physically, mentally and spiritually which we’re going to dive into today.
In this episode, we talk about how to relax into pain when challenging yourself, tuning into your inner voice and body to know when to keep pushing for something and when to stop, balancing the masculine and feminine, the power of coaching to see your blind spots and how to get yourself motivated to not just start but actually finish big goals and dreams. So without furhter ado, let’s dive into today’s episode with Josh church.

  • Reyanne Mustafa: You Are the One the World is Waiting For
Today’s guest is Reyanne Mustafa. Reyanne is the CEO and founder of Soul.much foods, and they are notorious for their incredible cookies that are made from ingredients that would otherwise be thrown out. They have saved close to 10,000 pounds of food, and are making a powerful dent in the food waste crisis, turning what would literally be trashed food into tasty, delicious, gluten free, vegan cookies. I’m not just saying this, these cookies are incredible and I’ve consumed over 50 myself. But what’s even better than the cookies is the mission and purpose behind them to close the gap in the food waste crisis.
This is a super fun interview, I literally had trouble sleeping after because I felt so high off our conversation. We dive into how Reyanne was haunted by the food waste she witnessed in the restaurant industry and how she turned that nagging feeling into a company and purpose-driven movement. We discuss how to become aware of your inner feelings and act on them to spark change, purpose and starting something that matters. This episode is packed with lots of golden wisdom nuggets and I’m excited for you to tune in to hear the epic story of Reyanne and SoulMuch cookies. So please without further ado, today’s episode with Reyanne Mustafa.
