What if your next level doesn't require you to do more?
What if it requires you to become better at receiving more?
In this episode, I share a perspective shift that started while I was floating in my pool, staring at all the unfinished projects around me. I caught myself focusing on everything that still needed to be done instead of everything that already was.
And in one moment, the question changed from:
"What more do I need to do?"
to:
"How can I appreciate more of this moment?"
That shift opened up a much bigger realization about productivity, alignment, abundance, and our obsession with doing.
Because at some point, your ability to do maxes out.
There are only so many hours in a day. Only so much energy you can expend. Only so many things you can personally accomplish.
But receiving?
Receiving isn't limited by your capacity to do.
In this episode, we explore what happens when you stop believing that everything you desire has to be earned through more effort—and start asking where your energy can create the greatest impact.

Key Takeaways
- Your capacity to do is finite; your capacity to receive isn't tied directly to your effort.
- Productivity can steal you from the present when you're constantly focused on what's unfinished.
- Alignment doesn't require constant movement.
- Being still can be just as powerful as taking action.
- More effort isn't always the answer—better allocation of your effort may be.
- One intentionally planted "seed" can produce exponentially more than the effort required to plant it.
- Abundance requires learning how to receive—not simply learning how to work harder.
One of the most powerful lines from this episode:
"You can receive way more than what you're actually capable of doing."
