Welcome back! We sit down with Master Carlson Gracie Junior who is the son of one of the most historical and beloved figures in jiujitsu history, the late Master Carlson Gracie Senior. Carlson Junior is the leader of the reborn Carlson Gracie Team. 

In this episode, professor Allan Di Lucia stopped by to sit down with us to talk about his jiujitsu program. In Brazil, Allan created a jiujitsu program for special needs students and with his recent move to the U.S. he brought the program with him. Unlimited BJJ was created to use jiujitsu to help show how it can benefit everyone and all students train for free. Allan runs the organization with the help of professor Augusto Tanquinho at Soul Fighters Academy in Tempe, Arizona.

I wish we could have went on for another hour with Miyo but she had some people she needed to strangle on the mats. We had a great time and it's a great episode to get your heads thinking if you are doing everything you can to prepare yourself incase of an attacker. Miyo is not only a bad ass on the mats but she is a becoming one of Utah's advocate for women self defense and women's jiujitsu by not just self defense but I think just her sharing her own experiences to others helps a lot too!
