Start a podcast: No one starts strong, and no one certainly begins a task they are already accomplished in. I didn't, and you don't have to. What really matters is being able to initiate that journey and reach the people you need to by broadcasting your message. I can say with absolute certainty that podcasting is a not only heavily rewarding for my business but also a large factor in my personal growth and journey.

Own Your Distribution Platform: I'm sure everyone would love to instantly have the biggest follower count and have their content go viral. But if your experience is anything like mine, then you know that social media is not the most reliable. I've found that investing in a platform where you can privately and reliably share your message is the most rewarding course of action in that regard.

Keep your message consistent: Who, what, why, when, where, and how? These are the questions I've allowed to shape my message and my audience. Defining these helps me make sure that my message is informative and delivers the most value to my audience.

Being lost is not too uncommon for me. For one, I possess a terrible sense of direction, but the main issue stems from not knowing where I wanted to be. I applied these epiphanies to my journey in life, and the results were nothing short of phenomenal. And so in this episode, I'll share my experience on the things you can do to remain focused.

Be clear: Before I even began my journey, the goal in my mind was clear. However, what was not clear was the intention behind that goal and the problems I would face on my path there. Being able to clearly outline all these things granted me an edge when it came to overcoming obstacles in my path. Always remember: identifying the problem is half of the solution.

Attentiveness is rewarded: As you cruise along in life, it becomes really easy to rely on the many conveniences and tools afforded to you. But maintaining a certain level of vigilance when it comes to progression is a trait that will only reap rewards and never cost you. I cannot stress how important it has been to check every box in your endeavors, and I believe that you will come to find the same.

Ignore everything else: Achieving your goals is merely a by-product on the path to true self-mastery. However, if you cannot ignore baseless criticisms and unfounded opinions, then even that will be hard to achieve. Now, I'm not saying to simply throw every opinion out the window but maintaining a steadfast dedication to your dreams is necessary if you ever hope to achieve them.

I used to wonder if I would ever succeed as an entrepreneur. Hesitation held me hostage, and apprehension was my cellmate. Is time money—or is money time?

Early in my journey, I treated time like most people do—a tool to earn money. But over the years, I’ve come to realize that time is far more valuable than money. It’s not just a resource; it’s the foundation of mastery.

In this episode, I’m sharing some personal insights and practical strategies to help you rethink how you approach time. Because when you understand the connection between time and money, and how to steward both wisely, everything starts to shift.

1. Delegate with intention.

I’ve always taken pride in knowing how to do every part of my business. But mastery isn’t about doing everything yourself—it’s about knowing when to release control so you can focus on what moves the mission forward. Delegating strategically creates space for your genius to grow and your business to scale.

2. Extend grace—but keep your standards.

Let’s be real—no-shows and reschedules used to get under my skin more than I cared to admit. But I’ve been on both sides of the equation. Life happens. That doesn’t mean you lower the bar. Extend grace, but let people know you value your time—and theirs.

3. Protect your time like it’s currency.

Your calendar reflects your priorities. If you’re not intentional, people will spend your time for you. I’ve put systems and boundaries in place—not because I’m too busy, but because I know what’s worth my energy. Time is the one thing you don’t get back, so act like it.
