We are all guilty of it at points, and it's something I feel we could do less of. I almost said we should do less of, but it's tricky. But if we do less of it, I believe we will be happier and filled with more joy.

Let's hop into today's topic, which is aligning your tasks and energy. 

Recently, I gave a talk all about this alignment, and so let me start off by sharing a story with you.

Who wouldn't want more of those amazing things in our life? And it's our choice. We just have to start focusing on them, and seeing them, and then more and more of them start to appear. 

It's really cool. Well today's episode kind of ties into all of that, because it's all about learning and growing. This week, if you take time to reflect on this last week, you probably had some amazing moments, some incredible moments.

This episode is actually inspired by a previous episode this week when we were talking about, is it aligned, right? And it's easy to feel like we have to keep going. Is it aligned? And everything needs to be perfect alignment, and we're working, working, working, working.

Today I want to chat about stories and how we relate to one another. 

We actually have very similar stories. So let me share this story. I'll share the idea of stories by sharing this story. How many times can I say story in a sentence? A lot apparently.

Let's talk about haters. That's right, haters. We all have them. Believe it or not, we all have haters in our life. I bet you even Mother Teresa had haters in her life. There's nothing that we could do when people aren't going to hate on us.

Is it aligned? 

Especially as we start a brand-new week. Ask yourself, is it aligned? Is that task that's on your to -do list? Is the thing that you're doing, is it aligned with where you want to go and with who you want to be?
