The feelings that are invoked with this are amazing. As I watched this, the sound of silence, to me was people not connecting with others. God created us to interact with each other, to share our gifts and talents.

If we try to create our path alone, we are missing so much of what God intended this life to be.

There are many sounds we hear, laughter, family and friends, a friends voice on the phone etc. There are specific ways our bodies react and respond when we hear these various sounds.

Music is a type of sound that can invoke intense emotion and have deep impact on us. We can learn from and appreciate all the sounds we hear.

I am so thankful for nonseasonal change! I have been enjoying this warmth we’ve been having. Though it hasn’t been extremely warm, 45-50 degrees, it’s still warmer than it normally is this time of year and it has been a nice change.

However, I wouldn’t want this change to be too long of a time, because then the plants would start coming up out of the ground, and we might still have more snowfall which could damage the plants. We’ve experienced before, where blossoms start coming out and then it freezes again. Nonseasonal change is a nice variation, but in the end, I still want the predictable seasons to remain.

This train of thought led me to thinking about comfort zones. The good thing about stepping out of comfort zone is it allows us to get more in alignment, specifically, alignment with the abundance cycles God has created within the earth. Breaking out of old patterns and comfort zones, gives us the opportunity to create a new and better flow for our life.

Even amidst changes that might be viewed as stressful, there is hope and growth. As we experience changes, our bodies give us indicators of how to best help them and what they need. We can gain strength as we listen and act on those signals from our bodies.

Finding gratitude, love, and compassion as we navigate our change greatly improves our journey!

Being in a space able to receive higher learning is a great resource. This gratitude call is a safe, happy, comfy open space. Nature is another space I feel I can receive information freely. At church, as I prepare to partake of the Sacrament, that gives me open, quiet space to receive also.

Several times a month I help in and attend the temple, (a sacred building the church I belong to has all over the world), that allows me quiet open space. I love this time, when I can be completely open to receive and to ponder without distraction.

As I am in these open, sacred spaces, I am able to learn at the speed of light, to be on God’s wavelength.

There is a wide variety of things we can choose to focus on, and things that occupy our time. We can discern the most important things for us to put our energy into as we connect with God.

God always sends us what we need. We can perfect our skills of recognizing, receiving, and acting on the information He gives. The choice to learn at the speed of light or not, is ours to make.

• I am only light
• I am perfect light and receive everything God give me
• I am living in the present moment
• I am open to the perfect solution
• I receive and learn at the speed of light
• I see the answer and solution easily

Friends and family are the same. My thinking was expanded as I considered who is included in my family. The faces that came to me, were people that aren’t part of my blood relative family.

I don’t have a ton of really close friends, but the ones I do consider good, close friends, I regard as if they are family. If they needed a place to stay, they’re welcome in my home, if they need support, I am happy to offer support.

I am welcoming and friendly to everyone. However, some people are more on an acquaintance level and if I choose to give someone my friendship, I am welcoming them into my family.

Family can take on many forms and variations. Our relationships can develop and expand over time. There is a purpose to all our relationships. Some relationships are only in our life for a short season.

We each have a part, someway we can authentically serve. The effects of us fulfilling our unique part, can be felt throughout the earth.

Today, I Give Myself Permission To Love My Part In The Human Family

• I am fulfilling my purpose and mission
• I know my part in God’s plan
• I am a powerful to for bringing peace to others lives
• I unify others through God’s love
• I confidently expand and use my gifts in the best way
• I bring peace and calm in every situation
• I stand before God, confidently, knowing I have fulfilled my mission on earth
• I know God places the perfect people on my path, and I successfully fulfill my part, and the effects ripple throughout the entire earth

After all the years of work I have done I was surprised to have the limiting belief of, I am not worthy, be the first thing that came to me during the meditation. I know the importance of my role and completing my mission and purpose.

Another limiting belief that surfaced was, I don’t know how to use God’s resources even if I did receive them. I definitely know it’s there, yet I think I need to have my own resources, before I go to God’s savings account. I have to completely deplete my resources, before I go to God.

I consistently teach my clients that everything God has to offer is ours. We are joint heirs with Christ. I know God’s resources are limitless, and they regenerate all the time!

There are obviously still some things inside me that need to be cleared, and I am grateful for the opportunity to draw upon God’s resources to do so.

There are a variety of resources available to us, both spiritual and temporal. Our relationships with people are resources. Some relationships last quite a while, and others come and go quickly. Spiritual resources allow us to access the powers of Heaven, to discover the connection between us and God.

Our part in receiving these resources from God, is asking and believing we will receive!

Today, I Give Myself Permission To Recognize The Abundance Of Resources Available To Me

• I know God’s voice
• I follow the light
• I trust that God knows what I need and I willingly receive what I need
• I ask in faith and receive gratefully
• I clearly see the abundance of resources surrounding me
• I recognize, ask and God gives freely
• I am consistent and faithful and God loves to bless me!

The first thing I thought of was space, as in outer space. I let my thoughts continue and I wrote, space travel, space between earth and moon. I thought about how everything is perfectly spaced within the solar system.

We are the third planet from the sun, and that is the perfect amount of space to have warmth and not burn up.

What is perfect? That question came to my mind. What’s the perfect place for me to be, the perfect space between me and other people?

I thought of kinesthetics and intuitively knowing something. I played volleyball for many years and I played on the front line next to the net. You aren’t allowed to touch the net in volleyball. I got very good at the kinesthetics of being very close to the net, without touching it. I believe this is an intuitive skill we can develop, to help in whatever situation we’re in.

God and Christ give us perfect space in allowing us our agency in developing connection with them. There is certain space we each need as individuals. As we are in relationships with people, being aware of each other’s space is important in developing respect for the other person.

We each have a right to have our individual space. Being aware of our personal space and protecting it is important in taking care of ourselves. We can be grateful for the individual space we create. Without space there would be no room to create.

Today, I Give Myself Permission To Have Gratitude For the Space I Create

• I know my part and successfully complete only my part
• I am at peace, knowing God is orchestrating and ordering everything in my life in the perfect way
• I am grateful for my space
• I create purposeful space
• I clearly see the best use of the space I am given
• I am aware and respectful of other;s space
• I intuitively know the perfect space in every situation
• God is putting my space in perfect order, just as He has put the universe in perfect order

I feel like what I received today is opening the door for something else. I am excited for what I get to add from what I learn from you and other things today. Sleep is the resource that came to me during the meditation. Sleep is something I use on a nightly basis to give me energy for the next day.

Sleep is similar to a bank account, as you can’t save up sleep. You constantly are depositing sleep. It’s not something you can do once and you’re good. There has to be consistent in flow.

I have been conscious of my sleep the last few days as I have been supporting one of my kids through an experience. In order to have time to give her support, I’ve adjusted my schedule. When we are serving another person sometimes we make these adjustments.

We live in a time when there is an abundance of resources that give us comfort in our daily living. As we open ourselves to receive resources, they naturally flow into our lives. Sometimes receiving a needed resource comes through simply asking.

There are many avenues that bring resources. We have the opportunity to open ourselves and recognize the abundance freely available to us at any given time.

Today, I Give Myself Permission To See New Resources

• I allow myself to receive the best resources
• I gratefully welcome new resources
• I embrace the resources I am blessed with
• I always know the best resource in the moment
• I recognize, receive, and express gratitude for the abundance of resources I always have access to
• I allow all the best resources for me, to freely flow into my life
• I am grateful
• I am creative with all my resources
• I share my resources with others

I had some really fun thoughts today! Animals never get above survival, they go day to day finding food. Whether they’re sick, cold whatever, animals are driven by instinct.

Thinking about birds, specifically, they build their nests in a specific way and with certain materials. If the materials for that particular bird nest don’t exist in the area, they move to where they do exist.

They aren’t able to creatively make changes. Humans, on the other hand have many variations of homes and they are adaptable to change. We have the ability to be creative!

Whatever we receive, we have the ability to create fun and excitement! It’s fun to try new things and find what can be created with new.

In order to build new, many times there is a breaking apart of the old first. We can find creativity in the process of breaking apart and building new.

Today, I Give Myself Permission To Be Creative

• I am creating new memories through creative change
• Creative change is fun!
• I focus on and receive only light
• I am happy, confident, and strong
• I know what I am called to do
• I have God’s power and light with me always
• I claim my innate ability to create
• I find joy in creating new

The first thing that came up for me was Christ. The pure love of Christ is charity. If I have true love for someone, I see them through Christ’s eyes. My love is not conditional upon any outside, environmental stimulus.

We had a discussion at the beginning of the call, about when you want something for someone else. We were talking about how agency overrules everything else. That person ultimately has the final say.

Unconditional love, allows us to continue to see that person as wonderful, and perfect, regardless of what their choices are.

Therefore, Love’s Blind eye would be to let go of any personal agenda we might have for that person.

We can choose what we focus on. When a relationship begins, there is thrill and excitement that comes with the newness of the relationship. As we choose to see the positive, we can keep that feeling alive.

Within our relationships, as we choose to see from the other’s perspective, we can find gratitude and forgiveness. Everyone is different and the other person in the relationship has the choice whether to focus on our positive or negative characteristics.

As we love unconditionally, we can more easily, accept whatever choices the other individual makes.

Today, I Give Myself Permission To Only See Good In Others

• I recognize and I am grateful for my goodness
• I choose happiness
• I am free to allow love into my life
• I am easy to love
• I easily love others
• I focus only on the light in others
• I am worthy of love
• I am only light

I am really grateful for this 90 second meditation. It may seem that you wouldn’t be able to solve the world’s problems in 90 seconds, but 90 seconds can definitely solve problems! I received the answer to a problem, I am currently experiencing, during the meditation.

I am grateful for the problem I saw as soon as I walked in my office. I saw stacks of paper starting to pile up. In the past this has been a problem for me.

When I was an accountant, I had stacks everywhere. I never was able to get done with everything and I would never ask for help. I have learned much since then! For those that have read my book, (The Seven Gateways: Your Map To Integrity In Life and Business), the Gateway of Charity is all about seeing the genius in others and in yourself, and only doing those things that are yours.

There are several things that came up during this meditation, several problems. All these problems would be taken care of if I only did what was my own.

I have my stuff, others have theirs and God has His stuff, and I don’t belong anywhere but in my stuff!

As soon as we find gratitude for the problem, our perspective changes and we are able to find solutions. We may get triggered by different things and recognizing is the first step in making corrections.

Seeing a problem allows us the opportunity to make changes. It gives us opportunity to grow!

Today, I Give Myself Permission To Change

• I am light and truth
• I am clean and pure
• I live authentically always
• I am filled with gratitude for recognizing problems
• I have space that is clean and pure
• I easily find solutions
• I see others in their authenticity
• I recognize and immediately take action
