Hey hey, it’s Suzanna Keith—wife, mom, marketing exec, and recovering startup founder (yes, I said recovering—the struggle is real, people). I’m here to be your daily dose of sunshine in a world that often feels like it’s powered by storm clouds and WiFi outages.
Let’s get real for a second: between the news cycle that reads like a disaster movie script and the everyday chaos of trying to adult, we’re all feeling a little... crispy. Like, burnt-toast-level crispy. I’ve got friends telling me they’re depressed, overwhelmed, underjoyed, and one annoying email away from a full-blown “I live in the woods now” moment.
So what do we do when life feels like a never-ending group text of bad vibes?
We sprinkle a little kindness around like glitter on a kindergarten art project.
That’s why we’re talking about Daily Acts of Kindness—tiny, mighty mood-boosters that don’t require you to quit your job or become a monk.

I’m Suzanna Keith—wife, mom, marketing exec, recovering startup founder (yes, recovering), and someone who firmly believes that the world needs way more laughter and a lot less bad news!
Let’s be real: the never-ending bad news cycle and the daily chaos of modern life, is making us fried and frustrated.. That’s exactly why I created this podcast: a mini mood booster to start your day with a smile, or chuckle. Every few episodes, I’ll drop some recommendations for books, movies, and podcasts that are guaranteed to brighten your day — because we all deserve a little extra joy!
Today’s pick? Binge-watch the Apple show Ted Lasso!
Let me tell you — this show is like a warm hug wrapped in a British accent, topped with a biscuit (or should I say, a cookie — but don’t tell Ted). It follows an American college football coach — you guessed it, Ted Lasso — who gets hired to coach an English soccer team even though he knows about as much about soccer as I know about tax law. Or folding fitted sheets. Or how to keep a houseplant alive.
But here’s the thing — Ted’s not about fancy plays or tactical brilliance. His real superpower is his unshakable optimism and his uncanny ability to make people believe in themselves, even though they are hot messes.. He leads with kindness, humor, and an endless supply of corny jokes — basically, he’s the human version of sunshine with a mustache.

Need a quick boost for your day? Give someone a hug!
We often underestimate the power of a simple hug. From the moment we’re born, hugs have guided us—welcoming us into the world, comforting us through challenges, and lifting us up in moments of joy. Whether from a parent, a friend, a coworker, or even a pet (yes, pet hugs count!), a hug has the power to celebrate, reassure, and heal.

So Today’s Happiness Boost is Smiling!
Did you know that the simple act of smiling can bring more happiness and joy into your life? Research shows that the more you smile, the better you feel. It’s like a little magic trick—instant mood boost, no extra effort required!
And the best part? Smiling is contagious! Ever had a stranger smile at you, and you just had to smile back? It’s like an unspoken agreement between humans—"Yep, we’re in this together!"
Every day when I go to the gym, I make a point to smile. Now, I’ll admit—New Yorkers can be a little more reserved than the folks back home in the South, where smiling is practically a sport. But I keep at it, and you know what? People have started to remember me and smile back! Some even ask why I’m always smiling, and I tell them: 'Because life is short, an

Welcome to the Daily Happy Podcast! 🎉
I’m Suzanna Keith—wife, mom, marketing exec, recovering startup founder (yes, recovering), and someone who firmly believes that the world needs way more laughter and a lot less doom-scrolling.
Let’s face it: life’s been coming at us fast—and not always in the fun, rollercoaster kind of way. Between the never-ending bad news cycle and the daily chaos of modern life, it’s no wonder we’re all a little fried. That’s exactly why I created this podcast: a mini mood booster to start your day with a smile, a giggle, or at least a “huh, that was cute.”
Now, I won’t lie—I'm not a professional podcaster. If you’re looking for a polished, NPR-style production... I wish you all the best. This ain’t that. You will hear paper shuffling. You may hear a dog bark. And I definitely forget what I’m saying mid-sentence at least once an episode. Think of it as part of the charm—like the podcast equivalent of your favorite quirky friend who always brings snacks and bad puns.
Two to three times a week, I’ll drop a short and sweet episode with feel-good quotes, laugh-out-loud (or at least chuckle-worthy) jokes, and recs for books, movies, or podcasts that make life feel a little sunnier. We’ll wrap each episode with an inspirational quote and a song that’ll make you want to dance, cry, or at least hum awkwardly in the grocery store lane.
Got ideas? Want to share a joke or just say hi? Slide into my DMs on Instagram @DailyHappy—I’d love to hear from you!
So go ahead—hit play, take a deep breath, and let’s start your day in a bright happy way🌞✨
