The focus for today is: I reclaim my power to create the life I desire.
There are so many ways we may have given our power away. One of them is by accepting and believing, without question, the concept of hereditary or genetic causes of illness.
As many self-empowerment schools and methods teach us, our mind is a powerful tool. And as science has told us, we only use about 10% of our brain. So what is the other 90% for?
Perhaps it holds the power to create our reality... whether in our day to day experiences, via synchronicities, visualization (imagination), and taking charge of our life and our health. We are powerful beyond measure, and we are not the victim of our genetics or of our past. We can reclaim our power by believing and affirming that we can.
