The focus for today is: I am learning to love and respect myself.
Anything that we do, we must first make sure that it starts within us and for us, as well as for others.
And while some may see that as selfish, you can't give water to others if your bucket is empty, and you can't provide food to others if you're starved and dying.
So first, we learn to love and respect ourselves, and then we can turn that around and love and respect others.
