Days of our Lives spoilers indicate Phillip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) reveals to Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) that Titan Industries is facing serious financial woes. Gabi, who was involved in a scheme with Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) to take over Titan, is burdened by guilt as her actions contributed to Phillip's predicament. While in Miami, Phillip unknowingly triggers Gabi to consider making amends, unbeknownst to him.

In the past year on DOOL, Gabi and Tony had plotted to take control of Titan, which had absorbed the DiMera Enterprises. Gabi planted a bug in the CEO office of Titan, revealing that Phillip's surrogate mother, Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel), had forged a letter from Victor, leading to Phillip's acquisition of half the company. This information led to Tony demanding the handover of DiMera Enterprises from Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) and Phillip, leaving Titan in a precarious state. 

Days of Our Lives fans were shocked as Tony double-crossed Gabi, appointing his nephew, Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews), as the CEO of DiMera Enterprises instead of her. Now, Theo is aware of Gabi's treachery and could potentially expose her to Phillip. While in Miami, Phillip confesses to Gabi about Titan's financial situation due to an upcoming loan payment, with Victor's mansion serving as collateral. Gabi, who is now a successful businesswoman running Gabi Chic, is deeply affected by the news, especially considering her role in Phillip's current predicament.

Days of our Lives spoilers hint at Gabi's transition from a successful businesswoman to a wealthy widow following the revelation of Stefan DiMera's (Brandon Barash) forged divorce documents. This could potentially lead to Gabi inheriting a significant portion of Stefano DiMera's estate, infuriating Vivian and other DiMera family members.
