Hello and a wonderful Saturday to you in Jesus name.

I trust God you are having a good time to rest (If your job allows you to rest on weekends!). But whatever it is, we want to thank God for a lovely day, and I trust God's goodness and His mercies is keeping you in Jesus name.

We have been talking about catching the dream; how to catch our dreams and we have looked at it in the different lives. How they caught the dream and how the power of dreams after they've caught it, changed their lives. Until we catch, document, keep and hold the dream, the power of the dream can't do anything in our lives. Remember the story we read earlier this week? A voice came from heaven. Some said it thundered, some said Jesus was the one that they were speaking to but Jesus said "Listen; you know what, that voice that came, came for your benefit" we will not lose that which is for our benefits in Jesus name.

Let's open our Bible this morning and let's read from the book of Job 33:14-18 (NLT )

14.For God speaks again and again, though people do not recognize it.15 He speaks in dreams, in visions of the night, when deep sleep falls on people as they lie in their beds.16.He whispers in their ears and terrifies them with warnings.17.He makes them turn from doing wrong; he keeps them from pride.18.He protects them from the grave, from crossing over the river of death.

God speaks through dreams. Let it be settled in our hearts that dreams is a medium of communication that God uses. It's not all the time he uses dreams to talk to us but there are times he talks to us through dreams and like we said sometimes within the week, it's not all the time that dreams will excite us. It's not all the time that things God shows us will make us jump and feel wonderful. It will not always be exciting news, like we read here He speaks in dreams and sometimes they are warnings. Warnings are especially important in our lives. Why? We are susceptible to doing wrong things. So sometimes it's a warning. When the angel appeared to Joseph the foster father of Jesus in a dream, it was to warn him that listen; take this child out of here, move him to Egypt because people are trying to kill him. Warnings come by dreams. He said, "To turn us from doing wrong". Sometimes we are doing something and it's to correct us, to warn us. God changes our direction through the power of dream and another thing He said is that it's to keep us from pride.

Remember, in the book of Daniel chapter 4. Nebuchadnezzar had this great dream and at the end God was going to kill him from pride, so the dream was to show what God was going to do to humble for seven years. Dreams are there to keep us from ultimate evils. The last one he says is that; dreams are there to protect us. He said, "To protect us from the grave". Whatever the dream does whether it's to excite you, make you feel sad. Understand that if you are a child of God, whatever God is showing you is ultimately for your good.

Let's just open up ourselves to the ministry of dreams and like I said it's not until when you are sleeping. Sometimes it's the picture God shows you when you are awake but understand it's a way that God communicates0  to us and never forget we also said this; the primary way of guidance is through the word of God. So whatever dream, whatever maybe God is saying to you that does not align with scripture, believe me have absolutely nothing to do with it.

May God take you to a new level of communication with Him as we begin to understand things better in the name of Jesus.

Hello and a lovely Friday morning to you in the name of Jesus.

It's a good day every day. This is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and we are glad in it. Thank God it's Friday like they say but we thank God every single day. We have been talking about the power of dreams, catching dreams, dreams speaks etc. and as wonderful has these dreams are, as powerful as they are to change our lives, it's important to know that God does not want us to run our lives by dreams. Yes! He doesn't want us to run our lives by dreams. Remember the definition we have been using, a dream is a picture or inner image of something you are getting from God, something that is desirable, sometimes it might not be desirable, but it must align with scriptures. God wants us to run our lives by His words. Yes! God sometimes wraps His word around dreams, and He reveals to us but at the end of the day, He wants us to run our lives by His words. When you catch a dream, check it first. Be sure it aligns with God's word and then you can respond. That is the encounter Peter had. He had this dream about this huge sheet coming down, different animals in there it looked quite strange and He said " No" God said "kill and eat". He said "Never! I will never try it" why? because he wasn't too sure of the source. What did he do?

Let's read in Acts 10:17-20(NKJV)

17.Now while Peter doubted in himself what this vision which he had seen should mean, behold, the men which were sent from Cornelius had made enquiry for Simon's house, and stood before the gate,18.And called, and asked whether Simon, which was surnamed Peter, were lodged there.19.While Peter thought on the vision, the Spirit said unto him, Behold, three men seek thee.20.Arise therefore, and get thee down, and go with them, doubting nothing: for I have sent them.

Why was Peter cautious? Even though Peter walked with Jesus in the flesh He was the leader of the church. He had been preaching. He’s had dreams and encounters with God before but this one he saw, he had to be careful. He needed to check it and the Bible says, " Even though he has seen those things and heard voices". He began to think about it, he began to run it through his mind. He was trying to seek guidance. Am I sure this thing is from God? Remember we spoke about the place of guidance and sensitivity.

Understand the principal guide for everything we get is God's word. That's the principal guide. No matter what anybody says, see or hear. If it doesn't not align with God's word, we have to be very careful. In fact, we should not respond to it. So, Peter saw this thing, he was a bit disturbing. He was coming from a very traditional, conservative Jews background yes, he had come into Christ and he was seeing this thing and he knew the Lord said "don't eat it" but God was showing him something new. He said "kill and eat" but when he thought about it and God spoke to him. He knew it was from God and he responded to it.

Understand that dreams and the things we see, visions have different sources, and the Bible encourages us in 1 John 4:1 it says, "we should test every spirit" Test these things. Check them by God's word so that we are not deceived. Deception is the hallmark of the last days, it's the hallmark of end times so we must do everything to ensure we are not deceived. No matter the dream, check it out, ensure it aligns with God's word before you receive and respond to it.

A lovely Thursday morning to you in the name of Jesus.

I am sure God is working in your life and His grace available for you. I heard this saying when I was much younger. A picture is worth a thousand words i.e. pictures speak to us, but do you also know that words creates pictures in our hearts? Words literally paint pictures and create images in our hearts. Have you heard people talking before and the person would say "Oh! I see". Although the person is not seeing pictures. For instance, if I say " Dog" you don't see dog jump out of my mouth or you don't see the word "D-o-g" but as I speak, as I say "A dog is walking" somehow in your heart and mind, you are seeing the picture of a dog walk. Just the way pictures speak to us, words also create pictures to us. It creates pictures in our hearts, and they go together and that's why God uses images, pictures to talk to us. Like we said earlier, dreams are simply put, those inner images, pictures in our hearts that drives our lives especially those that align with the scriptures and we said yesterday sometimes they are very simple but the truth is that sometimes that are very dramatic like the one that Moses had on the mountain. He was having this encounter with God and God was talking to him and there was lightning and believe me, he was seeing things.

Let's open our Bible to Gen 28:12-13 & 16-17(NLT )

12.As he slept, he dreamed of a stairway that reached from the earth up to heaven. And he saw the angels of God going up and down the stairway.13. At the top of the stairway stood the Lord, and he said, “I am the Lord, the God of your grandfather Abraham, and the God of your father, Isaac. The ground you are lying on belongs to you. I am giving it to you and your descendants.

16.Then Jacob awoke from his sleep and said, “Surely the Lord is in this place, and I wasn’t even aware of it!” 17.But he was also afraid and said, “What an awesome place this is! It is none other than the house of God, the very gateway to heaven!”

He had this dream, and you know we spoke about dream and sometimes we feel dream is desirable and this was an extremely dramatic dream, something close to the one that Moses had. It was extremely dramatic, but it did not lead him excited. It led him to fear. He was afraid. The Bible says in verse 17 and It says "what an awesome place is this" in another version It says "what a terrible place is this" The truth is this; sometimes we feel that dreams and divine encounters need to excite us but can dreams actually make us scared and fearful? Absolutely, that's why when God sends the angels and when we see the angels, they usually say "Fear not!" because sometimes we can see these things and get afraid. So, what God will do is to comfort us and encourage us. So, what am I trying to say this morning? It's not all the time that our dreams will be exciting, make us jump and laugh. Sometimes it will make you afraid, sometimes you just stand in awe of God but whether the dream is simple, spectacular, scary, exciting. The first thing you need to do is check it out with God and secondly once you know it is from God, no matter what it is, align with it. The power of dreams can literally change our lives.

Hello and a lovely Wednesday morning to you in the name of Jesus.

God is good and like the Bible says His mercies endures forever. We thank God for his goodness, love, and mercies. The Bible says it’s because of His mercies that we are not consumed, and we thank Him for the power of dreams to change our lives. We have been talking about dreams and how to catch our dreams until you can catch the dream you cannot use it to drive your life. It cannot be of any benefit to us.

1 Sam 3:7-11(NLT)

7 Samuel did not yet know the Lord because he had never had a message from the Lord before. 8 So the Lord called a third time, and once more Samuel got up and went to Eli. “Here I am. Did you call me?” Then Eli realized it was the Lord who was calling the boy. 9 So he said to Samuel, “Go and lie down again, and if someone calls again, say, ‘Speak, Lord, your servant is listening.’” So, Samuel went back to bed.10 And the Lord came and called as before, “Samuel! Samuel!” And Samuel replied, “Speak, your servant is listening.”11 Then the Lord said to Samuel, “I am about to do a shocking thing in Israel.

The power of dreams, the power of catching dreams. You know sometimes our dreams can be so ordinary. It's easy for us to just pass it by. Samuel had this dream, and this dream was an encounter with the God of the whole world. This dream was an encounter with God who created everything, but it's seems so simple. It was like something he was used to. You know God was calling him, talking to him and it just seems as if Eli the voice he was used to, was the one calling him. He looked so ordinary, dramatic, nothing spectacular and sometimes because of the simplicity of some of these dreams, we just miss them.

Remember, in 1 Kings 3:15. Solomon had this dream and God was talking to him and he just woke up and he said, "it was just a dream". It was so simple but it was God speaking to him sometimes we trivialize dreams, we disregard them because they are not dramatic like when God was talking to Moses on the mountain and there was lightning and thunder etc. because it is not dramatic. Understand this, that thing it is simple does not mean it's not supernatural and that it is dramatic doesn't mean it is more powerful.

Dreams! Dreams!! Dreams!!! never take them for granted. Once they are from God and we need to talk about this. We will talk about testing sometimes later. Understand that God can talk to us. It is not the spectacular nature or simple nature that makes it powerful. It is the source of the dream and our commitment to the dream and once you ascertain the source and we are sure it's from God and in line with the word of God and we commit to it that's how the power of dreams are released in our lives. So, this simple encounter that Samuel seem to have with God was what changed his entire life. The simple dream that Solomon had, and he woke up and it was just a dream was what changed his entire life.

I pray that God will give you the grace and the wisdom not to trivialize your dreams, not to disregard your dream but treat them as precious materials, precious resource from God and watch how they will change your life.

Praise God and a lovely Saturday morning to you in the name of Jesus.

We are still talking about dreams. The call of dreams and the fact that dreams speak to you and I; and when we respond to them, they can make amazing things happen. Now assuming a woman is in her house on a Saturday morning she has told her kids “I need to rest; I am exhausted and tired. I want to sleep; nobody should disturb me”. Maybe she worked all through the night and she came home to sleep and while she was sleeping, she heard a scream or the shout of her two-year-old child. She heard it from her sleep and maybe she was living on the second floor and she heard that child screaming downstairs. She looks out through her window and she sees the child in some harm’s way, and nobody is attending to the child. What do you think the woman will do? This is what I think the woman will do. She will jump out of her bed, she is going to shout, scream but run downstairs do everything and get to that child extremely fast. Save the child and ensure the child is out of harm's way. That's what I think the woman will do but guess what, this woman gave instructions “I am tired and exhausted”. Not only was she tired and exhausted, she actually was based on the fact that she had worked all night and all that but the shout of her child; the scream of her child, created a vision in her and that vision, that dream, produced an energy in her that was able to override the initial tiredness, or feeling of exhaustion and she was able to do what she needs to do to get to the child and help the child but that's the power of vision. Why? Because whatever it is that woman heard, it immediately changed her vision, created the vision for her and she was able to do what she couldn't do before.

I am going to read in Hebrews 11:11 (NKJV)

" 11. By faith Sarah herself received strength to conceive and to bear a child when she was past the age because she judged Him faithful who had promised".

Now Sarah have been hearing Abraham talk about this vision from God. God said, "They were going to have a child". It looks as if it was delaying, at a point she said her servant should go and become a mistress and have a child on her behalf but at some point God spoke to her and she heard God herself and God said that " Listen; Abraham the child is not going to be through a servant or anybody it's going be through Sarah and she saw it and what she saw gave her enough strength to go over all her limitations. The limitation of her age, body chemistry etc and she overcame all those things, and she produced a child. A son called Isaac. That is what happens when you truly see.

My prayer for you today in the name of Jesus is this; As you respond to the call of vision, no matter what has been holding you down, no matter what the limitation has been just as a woman who is exhausted can rise up with new strength by the power of vision and respond to her child to get the child out of harm's way, just as vision that Sarah saw when God spoke to her and she was able to break the limitation of barrenness. You will break limits in the name of Jesus. You will enter that which called has called you for and you will stand in the reality of your dream in the name of Jesus.

Sunday 11th October  2020 .

A beautiful Sunday morning to you in the name of Jesus.

We thank God for how He has kept us. We thank God for everything and I am trusting God that as you begin to focus on your dreams, the new vision God is giving you, the new dreams, all the ones He has given you in the past. Your life will move in a new direction, a better direction, a glorious direction. It will move you forward, it will move you upward, it will move your family, it will move your loved ones, city, organization, and your nation forward in the name of Jesus.

Job 33:14-15 (NLT)

14 For God speaks again and again, though people do not recognize it.15 He speaks in dreams, in visions of the night, when deep sleep falls on people as they lie in their beds.

God's speaks again and again through dreams and through visions. When you are inactive, when you are lying down, when you are resting, when your activity is not so much. He slips those dreams to you and they can be casual, they might look very simple. He slips them into your heart and all through this week, we have been hearing about dreams, visions and like we said, simply put; A dream is not what you see when you are sleeping. It is an inner picture or mental picture of a future that aligns with God's word. A desirable future, sometimes it might not look desirable but as you align with it, it becomes desirable.

And my prayer is this; that this season you will not miss it in the name of Jesus. A dream has the power to change your life. I heard this story about space shuttles we use in NASA many years ago. When they fill them with fuel, let's assume it has 10 litres of fuel and it has to fly to space that it consumes maybe about 70 litres before it gets to space but once it breaks out of the earth’s atmosphere and it locks into the lunar power (the lunar power is the power of the moon). Once the space shuttle locks into the power of the moon. The power of the moon literally pulls the shuttle all the way to the moon. You can even switch off the engine of the space shuttle and the power of the moon would pull it. I believe a dream is like that. Once you lock into the power of the dream, once you understand the dream, you see it, you hear the call of the dream. Your dream speaks to you and you respond to it and you lock into the power of that dream it can literally move your life in a new direction.

Paul said it this way, he said, "cursed am I if I don't preach this gospel" Why? It was the dream that God gave to him. He said " listen; I must do it" and once you lock into that thing. It becomes what you sleep and wake up about. It becomes everything about your life, and I pray God give you the grace and the strength to lock into the dream. Your dream will do much more than your education can do for you, it will do much than your social status can do for you, it will do much more than anything can do for you.

The moment you lock into it and lock into the power of that dream, the power of that dream will make a new person out of you.

May God give you the grace to hear the call of the dream, to hear your dream speak to you and respond in Jesus name.

I pray it will be a wonderful day and a great weekend for you in the name of Jesus.

The call of a dream. "Dream calls" Your dream is speaking to you and I pray to God the grace and strength you need to answer the Lord will give to you in the name of Jesus.

Joshua 2:8-13 (NLT)

8 Before the spies went to sleep that night, Rahab went up on the roof to talk with them. 9“I know the Lord has given you this land,” she told them. “We are all afraid of you. Everyone in the land is living in terror. 10 For we have heard how the Lord made a dry path for you through the Red Sea when you left Egypt. And we know what you did to Sihon and Og, the two Amorite kings east of the Jordan River, whose people you completely destroyed. 11 No wonder our hearts have melted in fear! No one has the courage to fight after hearing such things. For the Lord your God is the supreme God of the heavens above and the earth below.12 “Now swear to me by the Lord that you will be kind to me and my family since I have helped you. Give me some guarantee that 13 when Jericho is conquered, you will let me live, along with my father and mother, my brothers and sisters, and all their families.”

They all heard the same stories, they all were hearing the same thing, they all knew Israel was coming to attack Jericho, but they all had different responses. Rehab hid these spies from Israel at the risk to her life and family. She did everything she could do for them. Now Rehab wasn't the best want in town she was a prostitute but even in that state and that's the power of dreams to change our lives. Her status as a prostitute did not change her ability to see and respond to a divine dream and to align with it and in doing that, Rehab changed the story of her life. She changed the story of her future even though her city was destroyed, she was spared and that is the power of responding to the call of a dream that when things are going down, when things are being destroyed, because of our alignment because of what we see we can be spared.

The Bible says somewhere in Proverbs. It said "without a vision the people perish" another version says " where there is no vision people cast out all restraint" because of what Rehab had seen or heard about the children of Israel it had created a vision of God and the nation of Israel in her mind and she aligned with it and it took out everything other thing and she was spared not only was she spared her Father's house and mother's house and she came in the lineage of Jesus.

Responding to the power of dreams can save you, can save your family, can save your loved one and can save your future and no matter how terrible your past has been, the power of dreams can give you a new future.

My prayer is this; God will give you strength. It takes a lot of strength, and courage to see a dream to align with it and follow it. May that Grace be released to you in the name of Jesus.

Hello and a wonderful Thursday to you in the name of Jesus.

I trust God that today is going to be a great day, God will strengthen you, give you wisdom, peace, and direction in the name of Jesus. One of the things I have found out is this; that no matter who you are, your age, gender, location, social status etc. The power of a dream, when it is seen, understood and when you give yourself to it. It has the power to change your life completely.

The woman Abigail happens to be one of my most admirable female characters in the Bible. I love her and I admire her a lot. Jesus said this" Two can be lying down in the same bed and have two different experiences. One will be taken one will be left". Abigail was married to a man called Nabal. That was her husband and Nabal was a remarkably interesting human being. If you read the story in 1 Sam 25, David had sent his men to Nabal to give him see food supply and a couple of things to help them because they have been watching over his cattle and animals and Nabal sent a very insulting message back to David. That listen; go and find something to do with your life, don't you rebel against your master. David got so angry and he was coming to kill Nabal and his entire family. When Abigail heard this, she ran down to meet David where he was, engaged him and it changed everything about David.

Let's read in 1 Sam 25:30-32 (NLT).

This is what Abigail said to David.

"30 When the Lord has done all he promised and has made you leader of Israel, 31 don’t let this be a blemish on your record. Then your conscience won’t have to bear the staggering burden of needless bloodshed and vengeance. And when the Lord has done these great things for you, please remember me, your servant!”32 David replied to Abigail, “Praise the Lord, the God of Israel, who has sent you to meet me today!

Abigail saw something about that David that her husband and so many people did not see. She saw the king in David. She saw that even though he looked like fugitive, he was in a very terrible state, running around and there seem to be a death sentence on his head. She knew that that was the next king of Israel. Not only did she know, she aligned herself with it. Her husband on the other hand didn't. Someone like Jonathan who was David's friend knew he was going to be the next king, but he didn't align. But Abigail saw David in that state.

It is important that by the power of dreams we are able to see beauty in the midst of ugliness and that's one the things the power of dreams does for us. We can see light in the midst of darkness. We can see a future where there seems to be no future. So,  Abigail, in a fugitive David saw the future as the next king of Israel and David said "This is the kind of woman you want all your life". The lady had said to him "please remember me" when she heard that her husband died guess what, David came back for her and married her.

I pray God will give you that dream, that even when everything looks impossible you are able to align with it, side with it, stay with it until you see your future in it in the name of Jesus.

May the Lord's grace be available for you today.
