Steve Jobs is undoubtedly one of the most influential figures in history. He shaped the technological era we live in today. And thanks to his vision we are able to enjoy some of the most wonderful tools and products ever created. Behind his immense success and groundbreaking achievements, there was a hidden aspect of his life that greatly influenced him: his spirituality.
It is said that the only book he saved in his iPad was "Autobiography of a Yogi" by Paramahansa Yogananda. This book held a special place in Jobs' heart and played a significant role in shaping his perspective. He had been reading and rereading it annually since his teenage years.
The influence of the Yogi philosophy on Jobs demonstrates that self-reflection, the exploration of one’s inner nature and the quest for understanding reality are essential for expressing ourselves and finding fulfillment in life. This science guides us to go beyond the pursuit of external accomplishments and live life with a sense of purpose, serenity, determination, fearlessness, creativity and peace of mind.

The rapid rise of artificial intelligence in recent months has been mind-blowing. Everywhere we look, whether it's social media, YouTube, or the web, the term "AI" seems to dominate discussions. It’s become almost annoying. There’s a lot of speculations about AI's impact on our lives. Will it replace humans in some jobs and make them obsolete? Perhaps. It is true that AI may outperform humans in certain areas, but it is also important to remember that the majority of creative endeavors, which rely on human ingenuity and emotional input, will remain unaffected.

The question of whether to include meat in our diets or not has become one of the most heated and contentious debates of our time. What truly constitutes the optimal diet for us as human beings?
Changing long-standing habits of generations and our ancestors is incredibly hard, if not almost impossible. When it comes to what we eat, it's important to rely on our own experiences and growing knowledge rather than blindly following the ideas of others. For example, it can be challenging to give up eating meat if we've been eating it all our lives, or to switch to a raw diet after being used to cooking everything.
Whenever you're faced with food choices, take a moment to think and trust your instincts. Eat whatever you enjoy. Try to eat a variety of foods. And remember to chew your food slowly and thoroughly until it dissolves in your mouth.

When people do good things, there’s always others that try to bring them down. They criticize them, they come up with reasons why someone is doing something and project their negativity onto them. It happens in every country.
The Yogis realize that these people will always exist, not because they are bad, but because they find themselves in another stage of development, personal growth and unfoldment. They fail to see the ‘good’ in people and rather focus on looking for the ‘bad’ in everyone.
So, don't let people bring you down when you're doing something good. Keep shining your light and don't worry about what others think. As the saying goes,

Back in 1968, something important was happening in America. It was a time when things were changing a lot, but there were also a lot of problems. People were fighting for equal rights, during the Civil Rights movement. Two very important leaders were killed. First, Martin Luther King, who fought for fairness and equal rights for black people. Then, two months later, Senator Robert Kennedy, who also cared a lot about treating everyone fairly, was also killed.
These events made Elvis Presley, the king of rock and roll, really sad and upset. Elvis wanted to do something to honor these leaders and share his feelings with the world.
In the song, Elvis would sing, "Where all my brothers walk hand in hand." And we should. We should stop fighting with each other and remember that it doesn't matter where we come from, what color our skin is, or what we believe in. We should work together and treat each other like loving brothers and sisters.

The yogis understand that the weather, like any other aspect of life, is impermanent and always changing. They recognize that the body is a remarkable instrument, capable of adapting to different environments and conditions. While extreme heat or cold may be really uncomfortable, a yogi approaches the day indifferently, they simply enjoy it.
Don't let transient discomfort or inconveniences deter you. Your external environment should not dictate your inner joy and fulfillment. You create that inside of you. You have the power to choose your attitude in any given circumstances.

Karma is a word that is often misunderstood. The common conception of karma is that if you so something good, you’ll be rewarded and if you do something bad, you will be punished. But that is not how it works. The yogis knew exactly what karma meant: It is the spiritual law of cause and effect.
Each moment presents an opportunity to make choices that will either cause you pain or contribute to your overall well-being. Acknowledge that you are currently experiencing the consequences of your past actions, and make conscious choices that align with your values to create a less painful future.
