  • Remember to Fill up All Your Lungs

Your body is a magnificent engine, tirelessly working to keep you alive and thriving. Just like any engine, it requires the right fuel to function optimally. Oxygen is the vital fuel that powers this incredible machine, and the act of breathing is the means by which you intake that oxygen. Breathing is at the center of our existence, the very essence of life itself. All other bodily functions depend on it.

So, the deal is simple: the more oxygen you can give your lungs, the healthier your blood becomes. Who wants to mess around with dirty, oxygen-deprived blood, right? By ensuring a good supply of oxygen to your lungs, you're fueling your body with the good stuff. It keeps everything running smoothly, keeping you healthy and full of life.

Breathe consciously, breathe deeply, and let your breath be the catalyst for a life filled with vitality and health.

  • Harness the Strength within You

It is during times of suffering, when pain knocks at our door and the world seems to conspire against us, that we are compelled to question our existence. We ponder, "Why is this happening? What does it all mean?" In those moments of vulnerability, when we are most alone, we embark on a profound journey of self-discovery. It is through pain that we truly get to know ourselves, our purpose, and the essence of life itself. We thirst for knowledge, yearning to uncover the hidden truths that lie beneath the surface.

Embrace discomfort. Seek out challenges that make you uncomfortable, that stretch your boundaries and test your limits. Venture into unknown territories, boldly pushing yourself beyond what you thought possible. Ask yourself the difficult questions, for it is through these inquiries that profound growth begins. Embrace the risk of failure, knowing that it is a stepping stone on the path to success. Seek guidance from mentors and supporters, for their wisdom can illuminate your way. Take risks you wouldn't normally take, and relish in the journey of personal and professional growth.

  • Experience Life in a Lighthearted Way

You must not expect the world to understand your view of life. There is no use inflicting your views upon other people. Let them be. And don't make the mistake of being overly vulnerable and letting others take advantage of you. Understand your role in the game of life, in which you must participate. Join in as if you genuinely enjoy it, play your part well, and you will learn valuable lessons from each experience.

Just be yourself, be authentic, be natural. Don't be afraid to express joy, smile, or laugh. Having a sense of humor is one of the best gifts we have; it helps us avoid making foolish mistakes. Sometimes, a good laugh can be as good as prayer or meditation.

  • You Have to Understand Your True Self

A common saying claims that we are spiritual beings having a human experience, which holds some truth. At our core, we are spirits, utilizing various tools to express ourselves in the physical realm. These tools range from the spiritual mind, which encompasses profound conceptions and ideas for our spiritual growth, to the human body, which represents the most tangible aspect of our existence. Humans are composed of a physical body and an astral body, as well as an instinctive mind, vital force or energy, and an intellectual and spiritual mind. Finally, we possess a spirit or soul that remains infinite and eternal, persisting even after our bodies decompose and we pass away. To the yogis, these principles define our essence as humans.

By understanding that we are more than our bodies, we can view others as brothers and sisters, reducing racism and hatred. This shift in perception aligns with the world's current needs—less prejudice, more love. Therefore, it becomes essential to delve into an understanding of our true selves, encompassing our bodies, minds, souls, spirits, and egos. By doing so, we can connect as one with other human beings.

  • Your Body Is Your Temple

The Yogis explain that the path that appeals the most to a person's temperament and disposition is the one best adapted to their use at the present time. They call it the path of attainment - the attainment of spiritual growth and self-realization through three paths leading up to the great main road. According to yogi philosophy, humans can attain spiritual growth and self-realization in different parts, according to their personality and temperament. You can do it through mental development, action, or wisdom - collectively called the threefold path, the path of attainment.

Irrespective of whatever path you choose to follow - be it mental development, wisdom, or through your actions - you should always develop and strengthen your physical body to render it fit for your higher self and spirit to flourish.

  • The Collective Wisdom of Advanced Minds

The yogi philosophy does not have a central figure that yogis look up to for guidance and wisdom, unlike religions that have specific creators who are worshiped to the extent of building temples. Instead, the yogi philosophy is a message that has been shared by many advanced minds throughout history.

There have been certain highly developed, advanced and exalted souls in the flesh, known as the yogi masters and adepts, who have passed from lower to higher planes of consciousness, thus gaining wisdom, power, and qualities that seem almost miraculous to the man of the ordinary consciousness. However, many of the stories told concerning them are myths or pure fiction originating in the minds of some modern sensational writers.

  • Allow Them to Follow Their Path

By increasing people's consciousness, we solve many problems if not all of them, because we allow people to follow their own individual paths, continue learning the lessons that they are supposed to learn. Everyone is on their path. And everyone's path is unique to them, that our people are going to bounce faster than others. There's people that are going to be slowing in learning each of their lessons. But if we can help a little bit if we can provide a little bit of guidance and do our best to increase the collective consciousness around us, we may be able to accelerate this raising of consciousness and by increasing people's consciousness we can create a world where everyone is living in harmony with each other and the planet

  • Work for the Pleasure of Working

In her book "Light on the Path," MC Collins wrote paradoxical passages to help with spiritual growth, including one that states

“Kill out ambition, but work as those who are ambitious."

How can I go and pursue and be ambitious, but then at the same not be ambitious? This seems contradictory, but the interpretation is to eliminate the ambition that leads to negative behaviors such as disrespecting others and being consumed by negative emotions, while nurturing the ambition that drives creativity and makes a positive impact on society.
