Pirates pre-post game host Dan Zangrilli joined the show. Dan doesn’t think we see a super quick firing of Derek Shelton if things don’t improve by the end of the month. Dan described Bob Nutting as ‘ticked off’ because of both on-field and off-field nonsense surrounding the team. Dan doesn’t think anyone has a clue of what’s going on or what will happen outside of Nutting, besides maybe, a very small circle. Dan couldn’t say for a fact if Shelton is hands-off when it comes to working with hitters, since he does carry a hitting background.
