Reflection and Practice

Create a simple way of practicing generosity that you can use nearly daily. It doesn’t have to be around money or possessions. Try things around time, space, and relationships. Notice when this practice elicits selfishness, and non-judgmentally explore that in an embodied way. Also notice when selflessness arises in response to generosity. What is that experience like? What does it teach you?
