This week the three amigos are joined by our good friend Lauren Gabel who can't wait to talk about Top Chef Season 6, Episode 4 "Vivre Las Vegas" with us, but we make her wait until 29:15. 

We also learn at the end of the record that Lauren has a bunch of food experience we didn't talk about, Jamal can quote the movie "Troy", Reaves can't talk, and Bryan shares some very funny Daniel Boulud facts he found on the internet.
