Three simple tracks. Two 12-strong, unplugged, acoustic guitars panned slightly left and right to make a reflective and relaxing instrumental with a mix of major and minor keys. Plus a live drum performance on my new Alesis Nitro kit produced this simple track. It reminded me of trying to keep your thoughts focused on one task but being distracted by the other thoughts in your head.

September has been a good motnh so far, though we are waiting for the fall weather in California, and being thoughtful for our friends in the Southeast sheltering from storms. "Upside" is quite relaxing and positive, and more or less wrote itself. As we knoe, upside is not all climb and ascensions, so I took a few side streets through a bridge that disrupt momentarily, the flow of acoustic energy with some bass.
