As the fire fades, your beloved hosts revisit the grand finale of the Dark Souls trilogy and theorize about how creator Hidetaka Miyazaki’s guiding hand steered the series back into tranquil waters.  While evidence suggests there once existed an entirely different version of this game, the finished product overcomes franchise fatigue to become a gorgeous, smooth-playing and worthwhile culmination of the series.  Fear not the dark my friend, and let the feast begin.
