Hello, goddesses. On today's episode, we are gonna talk about how the goddess manages her energy. It's very important to be aware of your energy as a feminine energy woman because If you are leaking energy or giving your energy away, it means you're giving your power away.
This episode all got started because one of my listeners tagged me in one of her posts (you can do this too, as I'm always looking for content ideas, so it's a win-win).
She was saying, that from my boundaries episode, she had given herself a boundary that she was going to unmatch men from her Tinder who had not messaged her after 5 hours.
And, see, this is the perfect example of you giving your energy away, giving your power away.
So if you find yourself doing this as well, and want to learn how to stop it and redirect your energy, then this episode is for you.

Hello, goddesses. On this week's episode, we're gonna talk about the goddess is the prize. And it's something that I always talk about. I always mention it in every single post of mine. You are the prize, and I'll never get tired of emphasizing this enough because we don't get told enough. Growing up and, even as adults, we don't get told enough. And there's always this theme through generations, the man is always the price, but when you are doing the goddess lifestyle, the man cannot be the price. So you have to unlearn everything that you have learned in your past, everything that is being passed down to you through generations, all the generational trauma; families have always put the man first. They've always put the man as a prize and treated him like a prize. And that used to be the truth. Once upon a time, the man was the one who brought the bacon home. He was the earner. He had all the rights.
And, so, he was the prize because women weren't allowed to have a bank account. We weren't allowed to own property. We weren't allowed to inherit our parents' fortune, so we were nothing once upon a time. But so it looks like even though this is not the case anymore, we have rights now, that we are fully independent, we make our own money, we can make our own decisions, that thing that we learned from our ancestors has been unconsciously passed to us. And to this day, we still keep treating the man as the price. And When I'm saying this, I am not saying that he has no value. What I am saying is that hello.
Did you realise that you have value here?
Press play to learn how to claim yourself as the prize.

Hello Goddesses and welcome to another episode of dating like a goddess. In this episode, we are gonna talk about the goddess protecting her kids. This episode is especially dedicated to all of you single mom goddesses, and it's been triggered because I always see a pattern going through in all of my groups. So I try to pick something for each episode about something that follows the collective pattern of what's going on with all of my girls.
This week there is something that has triggered me to pick this particular issue.
One of the ladies in my group said:
"One of the guys that I am dating asked to see me. I told him no. I couldn't see him because I was with my kids for the long weekend, and he said he wanted to meet my kid."
She wanted to know what were the rules on this subject.( I'm a rules coach)
So, what do the rules say about him meeting the kids?
And this is the thing. Never mind what the rules say.
You're a mom, and you're going to you gotta take care of those kids and In today's climate, we, women, have to be extra careful because this week in the news, it came out that after Ashton Kutcher (and Mila Kunis) wrote a character letter to the court, to support their friend Danny Matterson, who has been convicted. For was it 2 counts of rape and This is a man that says that he wants to protect women and children, and this is what he goes on. You can't trust anyone for what they say. You had to trust them for what they do. And in this case, he has shown us who he is. And as a result of this, I have seen a lot of clips where he was younger, and he was doing all these seventies shows, which is how he knows this other guy. He was constantly acting as a predator. And this is something that all people that are/were child stars have in common.
They all have all these traumas from having worked in an industry where they basically didn't have a normal childhood, and they had access to sex, drugs, and alcohol from a very young age. And, obviously, because they were, like, good-looking kids and privileged, not only did they have access to it, but they felt entitled to have access to women (girls). And I could see there were a lot of clips of Ashton perving on fourteen-year-old girls saying, "Oh, we're just waiting for this one to be eighteen to be the age of consent". "Oh, this fourteen-year-old, she was so hot".
So, basically, all of this stuff used to be okay on TV once upon a time, But now that he's done this, all of these clips are coming out, And, you know, the real self is being discovered. Right?
So my point with this is because I don't watch all of the news, I don't have a vendetta against Ashton Kutcher, of my god. I can't say the name right on the podcast please forgive me. But these were his actions, and this is a man who says he wants to protect children. He says wants to protect women. And the actions don't do that. Only his words do that. So it's really bad.
And, also, I have been seeing all these clips I heard that he opened this charity because of Demi Moore and stuff. And that Demi Moore is the one that should be the head of this charity or the face of this charity if anything, but for whatever reason, he took over, and she didn't; maybe she's just too painful for her because she had issues as well. And the thing is that now they are saying, maybe that's why he ended up with Demi because he wanted to end up in her house with her kids.
Maybe he didn't even want Demi at all. Maybe all he wanted was access to her kids.
That relationship was very unrulesly. He moved in 3 days after meeting her. From what I hear Demi Moore is quite a vulnerable woman. And, yeah, I don't know what happened there.
If you told me this 2 weeks ago, I would have said, Nahhhhh
But now, I believe everything.
Ashton Kutcha is one of the good guys. Portrayed as the good guy.
Right?
So with this, I wanna say to you, if you have got kids, do not ever allow the man that you are dating access to any of your kids.

Hello, and welcome to another episode of Dating Like a Goddess.
On today's episode, we are gonna talk about The goddess is always right.
This is a topic that is tricky. I have seen in the spiritual community it can lead to spiritual narcissism. And what do I mean by it? There are a lot of philosophies out there, right, and I'm a big fan of the law of attraction.
So ask, allow, believe, and receive. Right?
And the belief part is very important.
How you get to the belief is down to you, but if you have suffered from childhood trauma, the belief is gonna be a little bit difficult. for you because the coping mechanisms that you created as a child to protect you from your trauma are gonna be the thing that today, as an adult, is going to prevent you from believing that good stuff is possible for you.
So now we are adults, and for people who don't have any trauma, you tell them, ask, believe, allow and receive is easy, right, because they will get to their belief really easily. Either you're gonna have positive affirmations. You're gonna have repetition. You're gonna have lines. You this is there is it's gonna be very easy for somebody with no trauma to learn the process, right, because It's, well, I've been doing it wrong all my life. Let's learn something new. So, whatever learning method you use to learn history, math, science, literature, and then you can apply that method to learn something new to believe something new in your brain. Right?
But what happens is that if you have suffered any trauma, little trauma, big trauma. It doesn't matter. Your body has created coping mechanisms. And when you try to learn something, your body is gonna say, Uh-uh. Uh-uh. We're not gonna go in there.
Remember the last time? We were shamed.
Remember the last time? We were humiliated.
Remember the last time? We were rejected.
So your brain is gonna close itself off and go:
"The fuck you're gonna make me do that. No fucking way, you fool. We have got all these scars. I've got all this evidence to prove the contrary. So there is nothing that you are gonna make me do to go down that road again."
Your trauma is real and valid. All these thoughts are valid. But, also, we must remember that those things happened. If we are talking about childhood trauma, we are talking about these things that happened to you when you were really little.
These things happen to you when you have no agency. These things happen to you when you have no escape. These things happen to you when you have no choice.
So, yes, did they happen to you? Yes. they fucking suck, but no, there's no reason why they should happen again to you as an adult.
Unless you are living in the same household, if, for example, you were a victim of child abuse or physical abuse like I was. It would be still the same. It would be very true.
My trauma is very real. But as an adult, I have choices, so I can say no more to this and don't go there. Right? So, you have to retrain your brain almost from scratch.
So when I say the goddess is always right, now I've explained this bit about trauma and how it works. Now I feel like I can proceed without because I don't want to gaslight you.
I don't wanna say, Oh, think positive so positive things will happen to you Because thinking positive alone is not gonna do it. It's not gonna make it work.
But it doesn't mean that because you have had some trauma in your life, what's the point of thinking positively?

Welcome to another episode of Dating Like a Goddess!
On today's episode, we're gonna talk about rejection because this is coming up a lot. And as I don't know if it's because we are on Venus retrograde and now with mercury retrograde as well, things are gonna get bumpy, especially for the next couple of weeks; with 1000 planets on retrograde right now, we might be feeling a little bit more sensitive, or we might be more subject to rejection or perceived rejection.
So we are going to try to redefine the meaning of rejection so that next time that you suffer rejection, it doesn't affect you at all.
I know. It's difficult, and it's really hard, but it can be done.
And the first thing for me, the first thing that really has helped overall, is to know what I want and what do I want?
You want a guy that is like this, and this and this, but then you go on a date, and you find the guy that matches your ideal, and he's everything you wanted, but he doesn't like you.
Remember that within that description of what you want:
You want a guy Who likes you.
You want a guy that is crazy about you.
In fact, that is the number one thing that has to happen because we cannot be fools and pining for men who are not interested in us.
So the very first thing that you must demand from a guy that you are dating is that:
He likes you.
He loves your energy.
He likes you physically.
He likes you intellectually.
You are compatible.
You like some of the same things that you can enjoy doing together.
You enjoy each other's energy, and you enjoy talking to each other. Right?
and he likes you.
This is one of the most important things.
For any relationship to happen, there must be reciprocity. Okay? So, if there is no reciprocity, this is not a relationship. You're just fooling yourself. Okay?
So, if the guy is not interested in you, that means there is no reciprocity.
So he is not what you wanted. He's not the guy that you wanted.
He's not the guy for you because number 1 on your list should be a guy that is interested in you.
A guy who is crazy about you.
Only Mr Wrong will reject you, and who cares about Mr Wrong???
Press play for more mindset tricks that have worked for me to avoid feeling rejected. ๐
The person I mention on this podcast is Jamie Kern Lima, the founder of It cosmetics.

Hello, my Goddess,
On today's episode, we're going to talk about the goddess receives.
This is a very important pillar of feminine energy. You cannot be feminine without allowing yourself to receive.
One of the biggest complaints that I get as a love dating and relationships coach is that they feel like they don't get enough in their relationships and that the guy doesn't do enough for them. And then, when I do a quick assessment, I realise that these women are not receiving what they want because they are completely in their masculine energy and blocking themselves from receiving.
Remember that episode that I did? The Goddess allows. If you haven't watched that, maybe you should pause this and go, and did I say watch? Sorry.I meant listen to the Goddess allows first and then come back and continue, listening to this episode because it will just help everything to make more sense.
Yes. It's a very common complaint that I've got. And, listen, I did this too. I used to do this as well. So I'm not, you know, pointing fingers. I'm not blaming you. We all have done it because we are not taught to receive. In fact, we are told all the time, who do you think you are to think that you deserve this? And this is why, my loves, I say that:
You are The Goddess.
You really need to get into this mindset.
Who do you think you are? I am the goddess. Of course, I receive. Of course, I am worthy. of course, I deserve this.
So the mindset comes first, and I don't blame you if you might get triggered a little bit with this message because, listen, they are male coaches out there, male dating coaches telling women, who do you think you are that you think that you deserve for your guy to pay for you for everything?
But listen. Who do you think you are?
Repeat with me:
I am The Goddess.
I am feminine energy.
I am the gift.
I am the one.
I am the price,
and that's who you are. So you need to let go of the patriarchal way of thinking that the guy is the god, that the guy is the sun, the guy is the gift.
He's not.
You are.
Okay. We're in a different realm now where he's not the belly button of the world.
That's not the kind of man that you want.
You want a man that really truly sees you as a valuable asset.
Someone who doesn't see you like an accessory or something that he just attaches himself so that he can get a warm bed every night. If you want a man that truly loves you and who truly sees your worth, Then you need to flip your mindset around and start thinking like the goddess that you are.
Our mothers never taught us this because this comes from all the generational trauma inflicted by the patriarchy.
How can you receive more in general from life, from dating, from your boyfriends, from your husbands, from everyone?
The first thing that you got to do is Stop giving and press play for more. ๐ง

Hello, Goddess.
In today's episode, we're gonna talk about the Goddess dresses for success.
This is a fairly regular complaint that I have got, especially in the comments of my social show media when we talk about dresses and dressing up and all of that; there are like a whole bunch of women that comment in protest saying:
Oh, why do we have to dress up?
Why is it always us that we have to make the effort?
And it might feel like it's just you making the effort, but if you refuse to make the effort, then why would a guy make the effort for you?
Like attracts like.
We attract who we are. And if you are not a person that takes pride in her appearance. If you are not a person that likes to take care of herself if you are not a person that likes to dress up and look good and respectable and to dress up appropriately for every occasion, then how do you expect to attract a man who does? You do want a man that looks good, that takes care of himself, doesn't look like a mess, takes care of his clothes and looks presentable. You want a guy that shows up and looks like he loves himself, that he takes care of himself.
So why would you not do the same thing?
And another thing is that people don't have any problems dressing up for job interviews when they want to get the job, and they have no problem dressing up appropriately for church.
They don't have a problem dressing up for a business meeting or going to see a client;
They don't have a problem dressing up appropriately to do a job?
Why would you not take care and there's up appropriately to go on a date to meet somebody for the first time? Especially when this date could be your soulmate.
Don't you wanna look good for your soulmate?
Don't you want your soulmate to look good for you?
We have to begin this process with the right energy, so press play and let's get into it ๐
