President Biden is set to arrive in Utah Wednesday, delivering a speech Thursday. Utah is the president’s final stop in a three-day trip to Arizona, New Mexico. Biden will speak about the PACT Act, a bill that expands health care coverage to veterans exposed to toxic burn pits. Golf Carts they're buzzing through your neighborhood. Do you know whether or not it's even legal to be zipping through town? Recently there have been three incidents with Golf Carts - In Lehi. 6 juveniles were injured last week after a golf cart rolled with all of the 12-13 year olds in the cart. 3 of them suffered significant injuries and were transported to a hospital.
