Utah has roughly $28 billion in the total budget and we now have some insight as to what that $28 billion may be going towards. The Executive Appropriations Committee released the final recommendations for the 2023 - 2024 fiscal year with funding going toward things like education, water, social services, infrastructure, and tax cuts.
