On November 30th Oxford High School in Michigan was the scene of a mass shooting. Four students were killed and seven injured. On Saturday, Dec. 4th Rep. Thomas Massiea from Kentucky tweets out a controversial picture.

State employees' paychecks are low. They're so low the governor is calling for a significant bump in pay in his budget proposal. The average salary is about 48k a year. There's tremendous turnover, which costs taxpayers. And the state is paying so little to some employees that, in the long run, it's at a greater cost to taxpayers than turnover. State Auditor John Dougall calls in to explain.

A new group called Secure Vote Utah wants to take us back to a simpler time. These are some of the 25 changes they are proposing: Vote by Mail is prohibited, except under the provisions for absentee, emergency, or military. Early voting is repealed (except for emergency, or military/ overseas voting). And voting must occur at the polls on election day. Dave and Debbie are joined by Weber County Clerk, Ricky Hatch and then they take calls.
