Utah lawmakers plan to debate a bill about fluoride in our water in the upcoming legislative session. Currently only Salt Lake and Davis County add fluoride to water. A proposal put forth by Rep. Stephanie Gricius would prohibit adding fluoride to any water system. Rep. Gricius joins the show to discuss the proposal.

Many legal and political issues are at the forefront today. The final report from Special Counsel Jack Smith says that Trump would have likely secured a conviction in the case regarding election interference. Despite spending over one million dollars for a public relations campaign on the issue, Utah's lawsuit against the Federal Government over the management of unappropriated lands in the state has been denied by the United States Supreme Court. The “unappropriated” land in question is approximately 18.5 million acres, or 34% of land in Utah, controlled by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) under the Federal Land Policy Management Act (FLPMA).
