President Trump has been critical of mail-in voting, even at the RNC yesterday. He claims mail-in voting will be full of fraud. But the data doesn't jibe with what the President says.

A protest against a protest. Students at Enterprise High School challenged parents who had been pushing for kids to not wear masks to school. Cheerleaders and football players stood up against a planned "no mask Monday" protest, by talking directly to parents at their football game. We talked to the cheerleader who spoke up to all those parents, Dallee Cobb, and found out why she did it.

A move is underway to completely change the way write-in candidates are treated in Utah. The drive was spurred by the way the pandemic short-circuited Utah’s primary process and hurt numerous candidates from getting access to delegates and voters. Today a U.S. congressional candidate and state senate candidate will deliver a letter demanding that write-in candidates have the ability to have their names printed on the ballots this November. State Sen. Derek Kitchen says his small donation to a criminal justice cause was not "intended to facilitate vandalism." But a search warrant alleges that he donated $10 through Venmo with the note "paint" to a woman who, along with others, is accused of defacing the DA's office with red paint.

Sen. Kitchen says he didn't attend the protest and that he doesn't condone the violence or vandalism that took place. Now, the Utah State Fraternal Order of Police is demanding an ethics investigation into Sen. Kitchen's donation, and that he be charged as a co-conspirator in the case. We'll talk to Ian Adams of the Fraternal Order of Police to learn more. Then legal expert Paul Cassell joins us to tell us the legal implications of Sen. Kitchen's case.
