Scholz is in his 8th year overall with the Aggies and he has also with the San Francisco 49ers and Arizona State University. He shared the process of getting players to eat properly, a couple key supplements student-athletes should be taking, and the importance of sleep.

Bryant University's Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach, Patrick Basil joined Inside the Headset for the 2nd segment. Basil is a Bryant alum who's in his 4th year on staff. He talked about motivating student-athletes in the weight room, building trust, how planning can maximize production in the weight room, and how to break up the monotony in the weight room.
