-  Not all realtors are created equally

- You Get what you pay for.  The good realtors don’t have to discount their services

-  When selling do you pay a commission if the transaction does not close? Buyer backs out?

-  what is a hold over provision? How does it apply if you are a seller? If you are a buyer?

- As a seller, do you want to work with a realtor that just discounted their commission?

- Not all lawyers are created equally

- my pet peeve is when lawyers do not respond in a timely manner to a call or email

- Legal fees vs disbursements

- What can clients expect to pay for a purchase & sale?
