David: is a Partner with FocusGrowth Capital Partners. FGCP is a U.S.-based investment firm that is uniquely qualified to solve complex finance, legal, regulatory and operational issues in the legal cannabis industry. Prior to forming FGCP, David has been an active investor, advisor and board member to numerous companies in the cannabis industry. He has extensive experience in the digital advertising industry, having co-founded and served as the CEO of GSTV (Gas Station TV). David has a demonstrated history of business innovation, executive management, driving profitability, successful sell-side transactions and M&A. Prior to GSTV, David held senior management positions at Yahoo! and a number of leading advertising and marketing firms.

Barrington: Barrington Miller currently serves as the Director of Listed Company Services at the Canadian Securities Exchange, and is primarily responsible for helping retain listed companies through promotion and marketing efforts. In addition, he is a primary touch point for Business Development, and also conducts educational and outreach initiatives about the CSE.

Aric: Aric Klar leads Quality Roots as our Chief Executive Officer (CEO), utilizing his extensive skill set of running business operations, staffing, purchasing, process and procedure management and vendor relations.
