#144: David Weekley is the Founder & Chairman at David Weekley Homes, which is one of the largest national homebuilders. He is also one of the most well respected homebuilders in the nation.

Throughout more than 45 years of home building excellence, David Weekley Homes has earned hundreds of awards for design, quality and Customer Satisfaction, and have established a solid reputation for delivering on their Brand Promise to provide the best in Design, Choice and Service for more than 115,000 Homebuyers. At 23, David teamed up with his older brother, Dick, to establish David Weekley Homes in Houston, Texas, in 1976. David worked as a Salesperson, Purchasing Manager and Builder. The company was selling close to 600 homes a year in Houston alone, leading David to grow his Team of talented people and earning us recognition as one of the fastest-growing companies in the nation by Inc. magazine.
