Day 1 of 75 Hard is in the books! I kicked things off strong by getting both of my workouts done early, but I definitely struggled to keep up with my water intake throughout the day. I’m also loving the book I chose to start with—Do Over by Jon Acuff—and it’s already giving me great insights as I work through this challenge.
One big lesson from today: I need to build a stronger daily routine so I don’t feel behind or stressed about when I’ll complete the required 75 Hard tasks.
