We return with DBR Bites 117 as we preview the second and final exhibition game for Duke when they take on Tennessee on the road this weekend.

Duke has a big preseason test in the road trip to face the Volunteers, a team that is always tough to play. Donald and Jason break down what they’re looking for from this game, from the Tennessee players to what Duke needs to learn from this road trip. The hope is that the team continues to elevate their game as they have their final dress rehearsal before the season starts.

After the break, we also get into the recent announcement of a couple of G-League players being allowed to play NCAA basketball. It’s a controversial move and once again, the NCAA has created another free-for-all in recruitment that they could have put strict requirements on to control it. It’s another weird rule that has a chance to spiral into something the NCAA may not necessarily want.
