    *Spoilers* for The Flash Season 1, Episode 4 "Going Rogue" in this review and recap.

    In this flashback to Season 1, Zac recaps episode 4 of The Flash. In this episode, we are introduced to Wentworth Miller as Leonard Snart/Captain Cold. Snart has stolen a cold gun with incredible freezing powers that was initially designed to stop Barry. We also see the first major crossover for The Flash, a guest role of Arrow's Felicity Smoak played by Emily Bett Rickards

    Zac also talks about the stinger revealing Mick Rory and whether he expects to see more of the Rogues in the future as a potential season-long big bad.

    *Spoilers* for The Flash Season 1, Episode 3 "Things You Can't Outrun" in this review and recap.

    Zac continues his review of the 1st season of The Flash as he recaps episode 3. This episode's villain is Kyle Nimbus/The Mist. We also get a look back at what happened to Caitlin's fiancee Ronnie when the particle accelerator exploded all those months ago.

    What is up with Ronnie (did he actually die? Does he have powers? Was he “in on it”?)
    Does Dr. Wells want to steal people’s powers? How old is he “It feels like I’ve waited centuries”

  • Deathstroke teased for Justice League
    Justice League director Zack Snyder recently took to Twitter to reveal a photo of himself drawing a storyboard from the set of the movie. Many tech wizards have enhanced the photo to show what appears to be a bald man taking to a man with an eye patch. Whether this is a rough sketch or potentially Lex Luthor talking to Deathstroke has yet to be revealed.

    The CW announced that The Dominators will be the villain of the November crossover episodes between Supergirl, The Flash, Arrow, and DC's Legends of Tomorrow. The Dominators are an alien race that have yellow skin, squinting eyes, and sharp teeth and nails. Tom and Zac discuss how they could be involved in the crossover and whether a "crisis" could be involved.

    The CW also released their promo video Superhero Fight Club 2.0 to promote the release of The CW app, which is now available for Roku Apple TV, Chromecast, and more. The app allows you to watch full episodes the day after they aired for free.

  • Kent Farm in Justice League and Arrow Season 5 trailer
    It appears the Kent Farm will be involved in some portion of the Justice League film, as Superman Homepage reported photos of the farm getting prepared to shoot film on the farm. Tom and Zac discuss how the farm could be involved in the film and what other Superman characters might show up besides Henry Cavill.

    A brand new trailer for Arrow Season 5 was recently released by The CW. It appears Arrow is getting back to its roots as a more ruthless Oliver Queen is shown in the footage. The hosts discuss what they expect to see from the 5th season.

  • Action Comics #23 (1940) review
    With today being a slow news day, Tom and Zac take time to celebrate the common birthday of the villainous Lex Luthor. Lex Luthor's first appearance in DC Comics continuity was in April 1940's Action Comics #23.

    This comic book is only 14 pages long but comes with a lot of story. We get to see a red-haired Luthor as he was originally intended. Listen in to see what the hosts liked, disliked, and laughed at as an arch-nemesis was born.

  • Rick Famuyiwa teases The Flash, 100 Bullets still in development
    The Flash director Rick Famuyiwa built some hype recently by tweeting out a photo that show he has done some revisions to the script. It also cryptically shows that Ray Fisher's Cyborg is expected to play some role in the film. The original Story for the film is by Phil Lord and Chris Miller, with a script by former director Seth Grahame-Smith.

    Tom and Zac also discuss the upcoming Vertigo Comics film 100 Bullets. The film was reported as still in development at New Line Cinema/Warner Bros. by Deadline. Tom Hardy's company Hardy Son & Baker is set to produce the film, with the option for Hardy to star. The hosts discuss their expectations for the film and whether they think it will be connected to the current slate of DCEU films.

    A new trailer and 2-minute clip from Supergirl Season 2 were recently released by The CW.  The footage gave us our first extended look at Tyler Hoechlin in action as Clark Kent/Superman.

  • Is Ben Affleck’s Batman movie coming in 2018?
    Is Ben Affleck's The Batman only 18 months out? Tom and Zac discuss Time Warner CEO Jeff Bewkes' recent comments about the financial success of 2016's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Suicide Squad as well as a potential release date for The Batman.

    Bewkes stated that "Ben announced a Batman movie he's gonna direct, star, write. I think it's a year and a half out.", arousing speculation that we might see Affleck's take on the Caped Crusader sooner than we thought. The hosts discuss what they think these comments mean and when we could potentially be seeing the film hit theaters.
