Dear friend of Dirty Clean Eats Luke Howard joins us on the podcast to test out our brand new podcast studio. We are still working through the kinks but the sounds quality should be much better.

More importantly we had a great time chatting about free-ballin in tights, the expanding world of Jamu Tonic and much much more. Luke even serenaded us and it was magical.

Back to our roots with James and Matt having a chitty chat about what is going on in their lives. The boys also talk about DCE’s plans for 2018 and how we will be getting ‘pro – fesh -i -nal’.

Tommy from Element BJJ Barossa joins Matt & James in the studio. We talk about starting a BJJ gym in the Barossa and a whole lot of nonsense. Tommy is a very interesting dude and we had a good time. Will definitely be doing it again. If you want to know more, listen to the podcast.

Matt & James are in the studio on there own today and exactly what normally happens when they are unsupervised happens. They talk about absolute nonsense that doesn’t really make sense to each other let alone everybody listening. Unique New York…we are professional, baby.

It has been a few days since we recorded this podcast so I can’t really remember what we were on about. There is a bit in the middle where James gets super serious and it took me a while to figure out where he was going. We also have the announcement of our first official DCE sponsor Robbie’s Chop Shop.

We had our vegan friend Todd on the podcast to talk about a body challenge he wanted to do…unfortunately we got drunk and Matt argued about being Vegan before rambling off into incoherent nonsense. Somehow in the end we agreed to a 3 way challenge (James is a secret participant) with quite the stakes…in 3 months time we will see the results and the loser’s humiliation.

SURPRISE PODCAST!!! The best kind of podcast. This was possibly our best podcast yet, certainly our best podcast without a guest, but I don’t really have any idea what we were talking about. Off the top of my head I remember: starting a cult, DCE with integrity, people at buffets and bullies. The only thing I remember clearly is my ludicrous challenge to Joe Rogan but you will have to listen to quite a bit of nonsense to get to that part…as usual.

A bit of editing on today’s podcast. We were interrupted by Hamas’s roommate and then we took a break to watch a very compelling video. Hopefully the audio on this podcast is better…we sat still and spoke into the mic as well as we could. We also reviewed some insightful feedback…we were audited and there were some discrepancies.
