We tricked MMA fighter Luke Howard into joining us on the podcast. We promised him Jamu Tonic but after mucking around with that for a bit we actually had an intelligent conversation…something completely foreign to James & I. We chat about why Luke moved to Bali before bringing back our “Matt might be crazy’ segment and getting Luke’s thoughts.

We finally got a microphone. I listened back to a few podcasts and the sound quality was rubbish.  We try out our first 2 segments ‘Matt might be crazy’ and ‘Question Time’. At the end James goes off on Fitzy for some reason. I like the guy…dunno what James’ problem was…it got dark.

We heard Joe Rogan did a podcast while going on a hike which sounds like a great idea but also going for a hike does not. Matt & James from Dirty Clean Eats decided to basically do the same thing and get drunk in a pool bar and record a podcast. Sound quality surprisingly not bad but it descends into absolute madness after the 5th vodka.
