Samuel Chu is a community organizer and the founder of The Campaign for Hong Kong. He has advocated for democracy and human rights for Hong Kongers, successfully campaigning for US legislation and policies supporting Hong Kong. He has faced arrest warrants and sanctions from Hong Kong authorities and China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Samuel has also been involved in various organizations and initiatives related to hunger, social change, civic engagement, and affordable housing.
