Instead of getting frustrated and choosing to abandon ship all together, how can you instead get curious about what mindset shifts you need to make and actions you can take to help you stay the course?

With the New Year only a few days away, we're sitting down to reflect on 2021 and look ahead to 2022. Join us as we chat about what worked and what didn't last year and what we plan to do differently in the coming one. What goals (if any) are we setting for ourselves, what feelings and values we want to embody based on what truly matters in our lives, and what we will do to best set ourselves up for success.
We also leave you with some questions to ponder over the next few days to help you go into the New Year with more clarity about what you want to do and who you want to be.
