In this special Ears-only edition of the Dedicated to DLP Podcast, we have a fun discussion with Graeme and Bernardo of Disney DIScord, seperately also known as DLRP Roundup and The Mainstreet News.
Part 1 of DLP Past, Present & Future covers our chosen Disneyland Paris topics of the past, which include but are by no means limited to Le Visionarium, parades of yesteryear and a special magical song introduced for a previous DLP Anniversary. We think you'll find it a little nostalgic and possibly revealing, depending on your Disneyland Paris mileage.
Since this recording ran for two hours we've divided it into two parts, the next covering present and future topics, but you'll only have to wait one week for it to drop, not the usual two.
Let us know if you have any comments, insights or corrections even if we do have to issue another Pardon My French segment. Email [email protected]

What’s Up everybody?! We’re back with another visually and aurally exciting episode (Subscribe) in which Marq and cornhusker Beth discuss their experience with making this podcast work for YouTube (Like). They also review Vince’s trip report to Disneyland Paris and play a rather revealing game of 'This or That' where Marq has to choose between two attractions, snacks, drinks or restaurants at the park.
The Disneyland Paris news has a lot of love for Alice and the Queen of Hearts: Back to Wonderland, plus Marq has some more tips for how DLP can improve their food offerings (Rate).
If you have any suggestions on how we can improve our visibility algorithms (Comment) we’d be much obliged. Send us un email or drop us a DM on our instagram or Facebook feeds.
PEACE!
This is Episode 200.
We've had an illustrious history but we're not ones to dwell on the past, rather choosing to focus on the future. And what better way of doing that than to discuss all the announcements about Disneyland Paris coming from the 2024 D23 Expo in Anaheim. There's future dates, future lands, future nighttime shows. Some are near, some are far, far away, and not necessarily in another galaxy. What will be the main attraction next to World of Frozen in Disney Adventure World? And how exactly do you meet a Lion? Please enjoy our 200th Episode, and do keep sending in your questions, observations and trip reports. It's what keeps the Dedicated to Disneyland Paris Podcast going!
Beth and Marq find time in their busy schedules to bring you a podcast episode which is nevertheless surprisingly rich in information, even if we struggle to answer some seemingly simple listener questions. We discuss the upcoming D23 expo in Los Angeles, have the latest news regarding Disneyland Paris, and Love Our Listeners makes a resounding return to form with 3 letters!
This episode is also an Audio-only version. Perhaps it's the nostalgia for the good old format as we slowly age into our furture 200th episode, or perhaps we're just refursing to be content-puppets for big tech socials, but fans of our pre-YouTube shows can bask in a familar setting (inlcuding Main Street bagckground loop music!).
Keep an ear and aye out for the next episode, as it may drop even sooner that usual, depending on what happens at D23 regarding DLP. No promises.
In this episode, Beth and Marq talk about the weather. Riveting Podcast content people! But there's also Beth's upcoming trip to Sweden, and the dangers of swimming in the Seine. There's also mention of the possibility of an announcement for the opening date of the World of Frozen in Paris. No Guarantees.
What is guaranteed is spending money at DLP, namely the new access service for the Frozen musical Inviatation (15 euros per person), plus we discuss the Disney Enchanted Christmas Season, the refurbishment of the Boardwalk Candy Palace, and the maintenance and possible conversion of Hyperspace Mountain. Overall, it's an informative and entertaining conversation about the latest happenings at Disneyland Paris, including the possibility of reaching episode 200, Cardi B's visit to the park, the new line of merchandise for the 2024 Olympics (non-official), and our own business ideas worth millions. Dues to the lack of listener emails there's no LOL jingle this week, and we briefly discuss the Disney movies 'Wish' and 'Inside Out 2'. Very briefly.
UNSCRIPTED! UNFILTERED! UNRE-FINED! We're back with another episode and thanks to Jen's extensive trip report and some true crime courtesy of the DLP AP Communications Department, it's a whopper! Would A.I. use the word "whopper" to describe a podcast episode? We don't think so! What else can you expect? Well, as you may come to expect from us, we bring you the latest Disneyland Paris news and speak our minds about it. In an adorable way. There is talk of Porgs and Ducks and Fort Comstock. Even Coldplay gets mentioned. The best part? It's entirely free! You get exactly what we promise you, no small print, no hidden agendas. We're not even trying to sell you something. Why wouldn't you subscribe to that??

Disneyland Paris is promoting its values of friendship, respect, and excellence through the Disneyland Paris Quest 2024, a two-day games fest that celebrates fans of all backgrounds. The new Alice and the Queen of Hearts show at Walt Disney Studios is receiving mixed reviews, with some praising its energy and surprises, while others find it confusing.
In News, Construction work is ongoing at Adventure Bay and the expansion of Walt Disney Studios, with the addition of a frozen land, a Rapunzel Spinner ride, and an Art Deco restaurant. Disneyland Paris has renewed its cooperation agreement with the department of Seine-et-Marne, focusing on employment, training, professional integration, environment, sustainable development, housing, and transport. The Disneyland Paris mobile app now offers services like mobile check-in, digital magic pass, and digital keys for Disneyland hotel residents, allowing them to prepare for their stay and enjoy the parks without going through reception. Features include mobile check-in, the digital magic pass, and the digital key. We discuss the convenience and time-saving benefits of these features, as well as the potential limitations, such as relying on a charged phone.
Finally in Love our Listeners, Ulrich gives us the idea of connecting Disneyland Paris visitors to meet up and explore the park together. We call it DLP Park Pals!
Don't forget you can also watch this episode on YouTube. In fact, you should definetely see the first two minutes. Then just let it play in the background, it's good for our algorythms :-)
This episode starts with an apology. That should be a fixed segment by now. You see, it's not easy being Podcast hosts. But we do manage to cover topics such as Disneyland Paris' environmental initiatives, upcoming events and shows, new scenes in sponsored attractions, and the retirement of Disney Dreams. We also mention a free cowgirl musical event in Disney Village. In Love our Listeners Beth and Marq discuss Nadene's excellent trip report to DLP from Down Under, who talks about the attractions, food, and accommodations she experienced during her visit. And suddenly we realize there not enough places to have a cup of tea in DLP.

They also discuss the upcoming changes to the Studio One building and World Premiere Plaza. There’s the upcoming Rapunzel Tangled Spin attraction, The Regal View restaurant (and Lounge!) and the new Disney lifestyle shop and Disney home store in Disney Village. Davy Crockett Ranch bungalows are getting a facelift and then we get the actual news about Alice and the Queen of Hearts: Back to Wonderland.
