Born in NYC and with an East Coast attitude to match, Erika Icon is one of the feistiest women in the adult industry with over 15 years of experience. In 2008, Icon started her own firm, The Rub PR, a full-service adult PR agency working with the top studios, companies, cam models, creators, directors, and performers. Before working in adult, she worked as an art director and copywriter for top Los Angeles advertising agencies and graduated from UCLA with a BA in Fine Arts, minoring in French and English.

Coenie Van Staden is a video professional with over 16 years of industry experience. Finishing film school in 2008, Coenie quickly started his own business focusing on creative productions such as short films and music videos. Between 2015 and 2020 he worked as a presentation specialist, professional videographer and video editor in the corporate sector, specialising in delivering messages to select audiences.

Baxxx even recently shot his first DP and fisting (receiving) scenes this year. Not bad for a straight guy. He studied theater acting for almost a decade, and has an agent submitting him for narrative work in NYC.  Additionally, he also finished his first SAG-AFTRA feature this year as a cinematographer, colorist, and co-editor. While porn was perhaps not his initial goal, all of those skill sets translated perfectly into adult work.

What started as a last minute replacement as an extra, has transitioned to a full time passion for acting. Location is a really difficult one, because a lot of the rental properties you would shoot in make it very difficult. Then Wyatt West joins the shows to share all the awesome details about transitioning from behind the camera, to the front. He bravely shares he has ADHD, and tech was a great therapy tool for him to keep himself grounded. He originally went to school for audio engineering, and transitioned to porn when he found live music shows were not his passion. Wyatt also has a really unique perspective on his acting process as a scene extra. This spurred a major discussion on the work it takes to have extras in scenes, and the richness that adds. He has experience shooting commercials for Brazzers, and gives us some great stories about having a spouse in the business. One thing we definitely cover is the importance of air conditioning on site. Wyatt reveals it’s definitely more fun to be talent, because being behind the camera is hard work without the credit.
