Ajahn Brahm discusses the 70th sutta from the Majjhima Nikaya -the Kitagiri Sutta.

Ajahn Brahmali discusses the 16th sutta of the Digha Nikaya about the final days of the Lord Buddha - the Mahaparinibbana Sutta - the Discourse on the Great Emancipation. This is the third part dealing with the long and moving sutta.

This talk was given to novices, anagarikas and lay guests at Bodhinyana Monastery during the Rains Retreat of 2010. It is based on the Teachings of the Buddha compiled by Ven. Nyanatiloka.
