What do you do after the shot? How long do you wait? How can I analyze the blood? Was that a liver or gut shot? Should I call a blood tracking dog? All these questions and so many more we answer with Tim Kill. Tim and his dog Choco have been blood tracking for years and provide massive amounts of insight on this podcast on what to do after the shot to help you increase your odds of recovering your deer on a not-so-perfect shot. Hope ya'll enjoy this one!
After hunting a piece of public for 2 years Jace was able to knock down a giant 7x4 in the early season at 5 yards! We discuss how he was able to hone in on this specific piece of public and then the tactics he used to kill this buck on the first "kill" sit with surgical precision. Hope you all enjoy this one and reach out to Jace with any questions! @_nature_of_the_beast

Derrick is a logger and whitetail fanatic. We talk Hill Country, Buck Bedding, Early Season Scrapes, "The Shift", and of course how Derrick was able to pinpoint and kill this giant on his 1st sit of the year. He had this buck within 20 yards for about 20 minutes! It's a crazy and epic story, with a ton of educational and entertainment value. Hope ya'll enjoy this one and find Derrick - @bowhunterderrick. Hunter killed this giant by learning where is primary and secondary bedding areas were. He spent the summer months watching this buck from afar and when other hunters came into the area he was able to learn primary and secondary bedding areas as well as typical travel routes and preferred food sources. This podcast is a massive spoonful of deer education and you will definitely learn something from this. Hope you enjoy!

Aaron is with the Hunting Public crew and travels state to state to state. They hardly have time to run trail cameras, so they are often relying on what they can find immediately when they start scouting and that is the HOT sign. Aaron talks about what that hot sign is, how to read it, and how to set up on it. Hope it helps ya'll! --- @thehuntingpublic @aaronwarbritton --- https://www.venadoinc.com/ https://vectorcustomshop.com/ https://www.onxmaps.com/
Dylan dropped a giant 12 point 4 days into the North Dakota season! We discuss all the preparation that went into this hunt and how others can do the same the hopefully have similar success! The weather in this was a key aspect to this hunt, but not in a way you'd expect. Hope you all enjoy! @Dylan_Lenz / @BPointTv // https://www.venadoinc.com/ https://vectorcustomshop.com/ https://www.onxmaps.com/
Mark and Danny are out of FL and have an upcoming Wisconsin Rut hunt. We talk FL swamps, the season long Rut, marsh hunting bucks, and also what they should be looking for in Wisconsin for their upcoming rut hunt. They will be targeting a swamp in Wisconsin as well, but as we compare and contrast their are some stark differences in buck behavior that I think you'd be shocked to hear. Enjoy all!
Jared just got back from a 14 day Alaska Sheep Hunt. I know this isn't whitetails, but the adventure and explorative aspect of sheep hunting in Alaska's wilderness is something so many of us dream about. There are plenty of highs and lows in this story with Sheep and Grizzlies, but what is success without struggle? Hope you all enjoy!
