The human mind can engage in mind wandering, which can improve memory consolidation, problem-solving, and creative thinking, as well as reduce stress levels. However, prolonged mind wandering can lead to negative emotions such as stress, anxiety, and depression. Happiness is a complex mix of both mental and brain-related factors. It is important to maintain a balance between mind wandering and staying focused. Incorporating mindfulness meditation, setting realistic goals, avoiding multitasking, creating mindful rituals, and embracing self-awareness are all ways to cultivate a happier life. Pursuing well-being, a combination of happiness, health, and purpose, is a key human aspiration, even if we define well-being in different ways. What would it look like if you believed that it is all already inside you - what if you could work toward your goals without any “sense of worth” without having to bolster a sense of self-confidence, without it meaning anything about the core of who you are, if you life matter or not.
What if you could just work on your goals, work on skills, and show up knowing how extraordinary you are, knowing how much you matter? And then go out and create something beautiful - music, art, business, competency, caring... whatever it is that makes your heart sing -
as you get up every day and default to yes - your extraordinary self?

- Take a week off from working on yourself in any way don’t try to change it improve or fix yourself just enjoy hanging out with your work your hobbies and your loved ones too.
- If you can’t bring yourself to take a whole week off take a few days off and three if you can’t bring yourself to take a few days off just take one
