Drs. Darryl Glover and Jennifer Lyerly join Dr. Thomas Pinkston to discuss his path to opening his own private practice. After graduating from UAB College of Optometry, Dr. Pinkston took the traditional path of working for a private practice owner as an associate doctor. After much consideration, he decided his best path to ownership was striking out on his own, and he joined forces with a fellow classmate from UAB to make his dream of ownership a reality. We’ll be digging in to the pros and cons of forging your own path and his advice for doctors who are wanting to take this leap for their own career!
