Doctors’ prescribing behavior varies across healthcare settings and influenced by factors such as patient profiles, the work environment, and doctor’s pain points in each setting. Although originator drugs are prescribed at a higher rate in private medical centers compared to public ones, their use is still constrained, especially in context of doctor-owned clinics.
