Director of Quantitative Market Strategy Denise Chisholm is back on the program to share her insights and perspectives on the global markets. Denise speaks to host Bryan Borzykowski about the top sectors she’s seeing in the market right now. Those sectors include consumer discretionary, financial services, and mid-cap industrials and materials, specifically metals mining. She says it may be a good idea for investors to move their investments from the energy sector and into metals and mining. Denise also comments on a potential recession in 2023. She says a lot of people are using the inverted yield curve to predict a light recession next year, but the issue there she says is there are a lot of tailwinds to combat the headwinds we are experiencing right now, which makes it difficult to predict how everything is going to play out in 2023.
